The owner recommended a great white wine as well as a rosé (it was a hot evening, so the chilled whites and rosés hit the spot). They were delicious. As an added bonus, the location is fantastic! It's right next to the Roman arena - very cool view while eating. As a final pleasant surprise, the bill was far less than we were expecting for the quality of the wine. This place has great quality for a great value, the owner was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

The double room we had was small. The decor is nothing to write home about. There was just enough room to maneuver around the bed. The room was overall clean except for a couple stray hairs on the floor of the bathroom, which were not enough to bother us. The bathroom has four dispensers of soap, lotion, shampoo and shower gel. They have reliable wifi. The buffet breakfast is solid, has fresh bread, fruit, cheese, cereal, and meats. A reliable option for a place to stay.
