I came for the training day before the official opening can it was a great experience. The staff was nice and seemed really excited about the opening of their new location and the food they were serving. Love the decor inside and how fresh everything is. I ordered the six bowl which had tofu, the grilled steak, spice rice, kale slaw, Brussel sprouts, chickpeas, citrus avocado and the cucumber jalapeño sauce. Which was so delicious and incredibly filling. While I was waiting in line I also got to try the mushrooms, paleo chocolate chip cookie, and some of their drinks which were all very good too. My boss bought us lunch from this place, and my bowl was not only scrumptious, salty, mouth-watering delicious, but it was also nutritious! I got the 4 bowl of salmon, brown rice, kale slaw, maple sweet potatoes, and herb balsamic vinaigrette. It was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. We came in today during a pre grand opening promotion. The 6 bowl was free today. I had it with ahi tuna, steak, chick peas, kale, and a sauce on the side that I didn't need to open. I didn't open it because the food had a good refreshing flavor. Everything was very nicely seasoned. I would recommend the steak, it was cooked to a beautiful medium rare, warm red center. I also recommend trying the various fancy fountain sodas. This is a Chipotle style quick food restaurant. The kitchen is open, and appears very well maintained. The staff were super friendly. There seemed to be corporate trainers that were giving instruction to the staff. They did a great job with a high volume of people. I'm giving 5 stars based on a day where there are corporate trainers, so I can't guarantee future service. But they did a fantastic job today. I was tempted to give 4 stars because I find Currito a better value personally. But that perfectly cooked medium rare steak deserves the 5 stars! I hope the service and the medium rare steak stay the same once as they officially open the restaurant in the future. read more

This place is the spot! I first tried Fresh Kitchen in Winter Garden, and I was so happy to find out that they had a location here in Lake Mary! I took my boyfriend here for the first time because I couldn't shut up about it. The food is so delicious and consistent. The prices are affordable and they scoop large portions of whatever you choose in your bowl. I typically get the "six" bowl with brown rice, coconut cauliflower mash, steak (+$3), lemon broccoli, peppered mushrooms and ginger creamy sauce. Just talking about it makes my mouth salivate. The employees there are always having a good time which makes the visit a lot more pleasurable. They also have juices in replacement of soda! I wish there were an extra star or two to place. I promised to give a great review that they deserved. I had trouble with my phone saying I didn't have service the whole way home in the passenger seat, so I am determined, and I am on my computer at home. We have always loved this location and thought the food and service were wonderful. But today, September 13th, 2025, after a very emotional and overwhelming week for our family, and I am sure many others, we walked into the brightest smiles and actual love for the client that we have had in a long time, anywhere. From the first infectious smile to the next and next and so on. Such a delightful crew. I'm so sad to say, really, that from the time it took to get home, I'm not sure I remember all the names, but they were front and center tonight at around 5:45 to 6 pm, with glowing personalities ready to serve, happy to see us, and happy to work. So refreshing and just what we needed. I would try to come up with their names, but I think I would slaughter their names and that would be offensive to their kindness, so I stated the time and date we arrived to three wonderful young ladies and two gentlemen at the front. I saw this place yesterday going to a different place.. what a waste of time. I should have just came here instead. They have a wide variety of options to choose from. I got the avocado and cauliflower rice and spinach salad. The young lady let me sample the noodles. I honestly wish I would have just gotten the noodles instead of the salad.. not saying salad was bad but noddles were special. I opt for the broccoli and they were good with their amazing sauces.. broccoli tasted good with the ginger and balsamic sauce. I also liked the holy kale.. it was a great addition to my food. The coconut was good but unfortunately the other sauces went better with food. I sampled the chick peas and they were good too! Amazing! This spot was recommended by my family members! If you enjoy healthy food that's well seasoned, then I recommend this place for you! They offer a wide menu for paleo, keto, gluten free, or vegan folks! We loved how you can select a wide variety of food and the website is just awesome! So far we've only tried one of their sauces and that was pretty good, their balsamic. I think it's made in house. Our grilled chicken was well seasoned and my absolute favorite was the cauliflower mash. I don't know what they did but it felt like I was cheating on my diet! With me being on Keto for the moment, I was able to make my bowl the cauliflower mash, some spinach greens, Parmesan broccoli , baked almond chicken, citrus avocado, and topped with creamy white ginger sauce. What stood out in the bowl was the avocado! I believe the mix of the citrus flavor adds a surprising taste to the meal. I definitely like the baked almond chicken, I'll nee to learn the recipe! There was also some chocolate chip cookies made with almond flower and dark chocolate chips, and WOW! I may have found a place to stash up to get my cookie fix! Love this place! Big fan of the flavors and quality but you really need to audit your receipt! When I asked the employee to void the transaction and ring it up properly, I was told they cannot refund the tip and I needed my physical card (I paid with ApplePay). I ended up walking away and they kept the $11 difference. I would never stiff on a tip, but that rubbed me the wrong way. Will stick to delivery to ensure it's rang up properly. This place is delicious!!! Wow. I ordered the big bowl and got the brown rice that was so flavorful, not dry or hard like most brown rice. I paired it with the kale Ceasar salad which was super fresh (has almonds)! My protein was the almond chicken, and bbq chicken, I preferred the almond chicken but both were great! I added the sweet potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes and avacado! I was very satisfied with the portions and everything tasted amazing and FRESH! Today was my first trip here. The food was amazingly delicious. Definitely returning. Everything was really great and although I ordered a hodgepodge of items it was still a great dish. It was nice and clean. It felt Covid-19 safe. I really liked how everything was labeled on the menus. It's clear what you're getting and what you need to pick. I was also needing information on soy and egg use and the staff were able to tell me what items to avoid. The volume of the music was really loud for me in the ordering area. I just couldn't hear the staff without asking them to repeat themselves. I think now that I've gone I'll just order online to avoid the awkwardness and confusion since I was getting two bowls to go and had never been there. read more
