Unaware of their "We clean it or it's FREE" policy, I begrudgingly took my coat to Shore's on New Garden and they cleaned it completely, I just had to pay more at Shore's. I immediately stopped taking all my shirts and dry cleaning from my weekly business trips to this location. My wife stopped soon after as she ran into the very same situation, only she knew of their refund policy and pressed the manager on it. The manager refused to honor the policy. While I acutely understand how hard the dry cleaning business is, there is far too much competition to allow such poor customer service and bad business practices to continue to patronize ANY A Cleaner World location ever again, no matter how they advertise! Funny how the owner chose to comment on my review below rather than respond directly to me via email as he actually might have gotten more details and specifics. Just for record, I am neither a competitor nor former employee with an ax to grind (really?) - my wife's knowledge of dry cleaning comes from her sister who owned one in PA over 20 years ago and who she often helped over the holidays! I'm just a regular consumer who is constantly amazed how often businesses promise one thing and then consistently fail to deliver on both services and customer service and it always the customer's fault!

Upon picking up the paints and seeing they didn't look right I asked to try them on and it looked like he took an inch or 2 off the hem and sewed it up. The pants are curved and have no appearance of being taper. You couldn't see a leg in the pants if there were 2 pairs. When telling him what I wanted he said "I must not be right in the head and he couldn't do anything more' . She said she understood. Needless to say when I returned the items were damp and had shrunk two sizes as indicated on the label.
