Such a memorable spot! This is my second time here and was the only coffee spot I could remember in waxahatchie. We had a group of 6 and they were able to get o all of our orders correct and prepped quickly! I got the dirty chai latte with oat milk and it was really creamy and not too strong. The hashbrowns were nice and the pancakes were fluffy. I really appreciated the homemade-tasting strawberry jam served on the side--that was awesome! The eggs were pretty good, although I was disappointed that they couldn't accommodate simple add-ins like cheese. The coffee was perfect; I ordered a large caramel macchiato with an added shot. My only minor hang-up (and this is just a personal preference) was the use of plasticware for dining in, but I understand the efficiency aspect--less cleanup for everyone! read more

If the staff were more friendly/ inviting this place would be five stars. When we went up to order there was no "hello" how are you, nothing. The guy didn't even talk. Then the other guy serving the drinks wasn't friendly either, both looked like they didn't want to be there. The overall coffee and food was good, but the environment could use work. read more

The best coffee shop in Waxahachie. Drinks: My favorite is their triple turtle. I've tried a few of their local favorites & seasonal drinks. Though they were great, they didn't stand out like the triple turtle. Also, it's very refreshing to see that a latte is only cost me $6 here and not an arm & leg. As for food; their breakfast croissants hit the spot, but isn't anything out of the ordinary & my bf really enjoys their breakfast tacos. Environment: I usually come on the weekends & it is jam packed. Not my favorite, but to be expected. Service: I've never had bad service here! Favorite spot! Always come here for my latte (cold/hot). The pastries are not bad and if you get there in time you have a selection. Great location with lots of parking. Enjoy your coffee or food in/outside. They have guest bathroom and family friendly. When the weather is not a killer you can enjoy your coffee outside or walk around. It's very cool inside if you want to sip in while the heat is a killer outside. The chicken tacos were so yummy, well seasoned tacos. If you don't want them spicy ask for the salsa & pico de gallo on the side. Try it out, service has never been an issue. One issue is the flies in the summer, they are everywhere in there. read more

Doesn't look like much form the outside, kind of easy to miss but the inside is very spacious and surprisingly quite busy! I ordered an iced "Shane's Americano" and it was delicious! I knew from the color it was made well. Coffee was strong and tasted fresh, no bitter after taste and the chocolate croissant to go with it made it perfection. Nice little coffee shop with comfy seating. I was here with a large group that ordered drinks and food. My Chai was good for a tea bag. The chicken salad croissant I ordered with it was not worth the price, though. Being disappointed with my sandwich, I ordered a French Toast Muffin that was wonderful. 3 starts just because the person wearing the red and white tablecloth shirt dropped the tongs on the ground while getting my two pastries. I literally heard them "ting ting" on the ground when I questioned them about it they lied to me and said it only touched their shoe lol. I said that's not okay. I was trying to be very nice and smiley while trying to let them know that's not OK but they argued with me and said "I just cleaned my shoes" and laughed!!!! That being said the other girl made me a London fog which was the best I've had. The chocolate chip muffin tasted like cinnamon and was very dense. Tacos were good but took 20 minutes. I would honestly NEVER go back based on what I saw. I'm a food service professional and I can tell you, the floor tongs were probably the tip of the gross iceberg. It's OK to make a mistake and things happen, but if you drop something on the floor, LEAVE IT!! I hope this is taken as constructive criticism as everybody had a great attitude, and overall the place was cool but won't be back. read more

First time visiting and the coffee was delish. The dude behind the bar was really nice. However, the woman in the maroon shirt had an attitude when talking to my sister. I watched her assist other women at the counter being polite. But when she spoke to my sister she had an attitude that was noticeable. Not sure what her problem was, maybe she needs a break or attitude adjustment, not sure which. Otherwise, awesome service and place to visit. Great coffee! Will come again. read more

I am a sucker for a small quaint downtown, and Waxahachie is no different. This coffee house is conveniently in the same building at the farmers market and it is spacious with lots of cute touches to it. I just had a regular coffee and some cookies. The cookies were delicious, soft and chocolatey! There is a map and some pins right when you walk in that you can put a pin where you call home. Cute idea! (I wish I was from somewhere that someone else didnt already put a pin) They also had conplimentary ice water that you can drink with a tray of small mason jar looking glasses to drink out of. This place is right up my alley. You place an order and if its a food item you shall walk your tail over to the microwave and warm it up. The inside has games and so many interesting things to look at. Its like being at grandmas house. The swing was cute. Bathroom was clean and I could have stayed all day. Always great to come here! I recently learned they have more than pasties and sweets. I don't eat grains and they have all those mouth-watering fresh- made pastries!!! Thank God they don't have that chocolate cake sitting by the register anymore. I would NOT be able to always resist. But, I looked at their breakfast menu and saw the Omelet! A grain -free lover's protein and fat haven. And... you won't believe how amazing their omelets are loaded up with all that goodness! I asked what veggies they could put in it and they said just about everything.. It started as either a sausage and cheese omelet and I added bacon/ or reverse. Then the veggies .. I said, Yes please!! Not sure what the end cost was but it was one of the best omelets I've had in recent memory... now ... I pretty sure my Friday morning walk will end with an omelet for a while. I only popped in here once on a chilly Winter morning for fifteen minutes, but in that time frame, I was greeted so kindly by three separate staff; assisted generously with all my questions about the spice levels of their Chai and their milk substitutes and could they direct me to the bathroom; and I left with a gloriously steaming Chai with oat milk that kept me warm for the next few hours. I've since told my husband three times that we have to go back even though Waxahachie is a good 40 miles south of us; time to figure out what else is good there, so I can coerce him into a weekend day trip. read more
