Their techs did not accept payment, so they expected us to stay up and wait for the invoice to appear and immediately pay it. I've never had a business so impatient and greedy. I didn't even have time to get the landlord to pay it due to their harassment. I would not reccomend them due to this and trying to finagle a 2nd furnace out of us.

When I called to see why he didn't come and he could have called to say he wasn't coming, he told me he didn't give a fuck about me or my ceiling. I paid you in full for the installation. I had to pay another contractor to correctly install the evaporator coil, as well as pay someone to fix my damaged ceiling. This review is so late because I left it alone but I'm sure by accident, the automated system sent me a text to review your company and an email saying I sought you out for service as if I'm a new customer. Probably to market for business. You never intended for me to receive the text or email. You haven't reached out to me in all these years. That's why the review is so late.
