On October 1st I went to the store and selected my slab. I then notified Nelson about my selection. Now the amazing part. Just 72 hours later Nelson contacted me and asked if they could do the install. I am sure my situation was somewhat rare and the stars aligned but I was truly astonished. They did amazing and clean work. Don't think you could possibly go wrong with using this company. Icing on the cake - his price was lower than my other two estimates. Thank you Nelson and team

The interior is massive and definately a professional contracters dream and also for the public to view tons of product options for tile, wood and stone to upgrade their home. If you're in the mood to change your pool tile or the wife wants new flooring throughout your home, this showroom had alot of everything, including installation. Plenty of home LED lighting options and home decor repair items. They also provide a design center for the staff to discuss your needs and pricing. The staff was energetic and enthusiastic. They give you the feeling that they want to be there and that it's just not another job. It's an odd mix of a crew with the owners and management being Israeli and the contracting crew being Brazilian, but it works! The crew took their time and took great pride in their work, making sure everything was just right. I actually enjoyed having them around. They showed up for work promptly in the morning and went straight to work immediately, taking a break only for lunch. Pricing may be different than others, but that is up to you to decide. You get what you pay for and I got my money's worth here. Essentially you purchase all of the items you are remodeling like tile or a new vanity, for instance, and they charge for labor. Everything else is included. There is no worrying about time constraints. The job is one when everyone is satisfied.

We agreed with the price which was more reasonable than some of the others we received. And then the work began. Lots of people in and out all but everyone polite and conscientious. When the work was complete we were very pleased and extremely happy. The closet can now hold my husband's and mine clothes without need a set of drawers. The bathroom is now a modern double sink instead of a 1970 single sink and dated room. We definitely we use them again because we trust them and they listen and perform wonderfully!!!!!

I had a giftcard and luckily some coupons because the prices here are kind of expensive for the same things you can find on Amazon or other big name stores around. A nice amount of stuff was leftover from Halloween so getting some cool decorations for next year was great because the discount was very nice. The biggest problems were poor communication, no reliable schedule, and inconsistent crews, despite initially being told we would have a set crew. A major mistake early in the project required work to be completely redone, and our estimated 5-6 week renovation stretched well beyond that timeline, with additional workmanship issues continuing through the end. We were repeatedly expected to be understanding of mistakes and delays, yet when I wanted to change the paint color near completion, I was quoted an additional $500. They later offered to comp the repaint after another issue with the pony wall, but by then I simply wanted the project finished. Most disappointing was that their group chat specifically encouraged us to voice concerns so they could make things right. When I finally expressed how dissatisfied I was with the experience, I received no response--only a request for final payment. Our project manager, Chris, was kind, respectful, great with my dogs, and genuinely tried to make things right, which I appreciated. The finished bathroom is beautiful, but the lack of communication, organization, quality control, and significant delays made this an experience I would not repeat.

You can't really inspect the vanity if you live in an apartment because they will not remove the covering before it is brought up to the apartment and installed. Upon removing the cardboard packaging, and shrink-wrap, I found a nick on the quartz top, a cut (more like a "gash") on the left side of the vanity, and drawers that don't align or close to be level with the rest of the body. The last items especially cannot be known until the entire vanity is fully installed. The owner offered to replace it with another vanity. There are several problems with that -- one is removing the installation, which would include undoing the plumbing, and finding a way to bring it downstairs again, when bringing it upstairs was difficult enough. And the probability that these problems with the drawers not aligning will likely exist with the new vanity, since it has to do with sloppy construction and bad design. It's not likely that the piece that I have is the only one with these issues. Curiously, the handyman who installed the vanity showed me that there were holes drilled on the back of the vanity, as if someone had planned on attaching a mirror. That means that the vanity is either returned to the store or "manufacturer" or it's a second hand piece. As for the gash -- that is the most offensive flaw. I suppose I'll have to repair it with wood filler and live with it. What I have asked was that I be given a discount for these flaws. I hope the owner will change his mind and agree to do so.

Daniel arrived timely, provided us some great future quotes and temporary fixed our cracked granite in less than 2 hours.
