This store was erected at the long time Burlington department store location. The interior is massive and definately a professional contracters dream and also for the public to view tons of product options for tile, wood and stone to upgrade their home. If you're in the mood to change your pool tile or the wife wants new flooring throughout your home, this showroom had alot of everything, including installation. Plenty of home LED lighting options and home decor repair items. They also provide a design center for the staff to discuss your needs and pricing. The staff was energetic and enthusiastic. This location is directly off 595 and several entry and exits with a gigantic parking lot. In my semi-experience home decor opinion, it's much easier shopping than Home Depot or Lowes.

I had a giftcard and luckily some coupons because the prices here are kind of expensive for the same things you can find on Amazon or other big name stores around. A nice amount of stuff was leftover from Halloween so getting some cool decorations for next year was great because the discount was very nice. Eli was extremely attentive and focused on our wishes. He asked many questions during the consultation to ensure that we were going to end up with exactly the vision and functionality we were looking for. At the end of the consultation, he provided a virtual sketch of what the bathroom would look like, and we were amazed at the fact that every detail we talked about was captured perfectly. We were assured that the commitment of Paradise Remodeling was to take care of everything along the way to make the process from start to finish a pleasant and stress-free one. That commitment was met ten-fold. One of the many positives of hiring this company was that they created a team on WhatsApp to funnel all communications through so that everyone was on the same page during the process. Another big, impressive feature hiring this company was a creation of a spreadsheet where all of the materials (fixtures, vanities, faucets, etc.) we wanted to purchase were entered in on each line item so they could be reviewed and approved measurement wise to ensure they fit in the space, and worked in the way we described to Eli. The other line items on the spreadsheet assisted with the purchase of materials needed for the job. (grout, tile, light switches, wall outlets, etc.) Also provided was a "shopping list" which we took to Lowes and Home Depot. That made things super easy! We then met with Christopher, the project manager, for the entire job. What an amazing person! He was there every step of the way to answer questions, of which we had many since we had never completely gutted a bathroom before. He was very professional, personable, and most importantly patient with all our questions. He made us feel like we were his only customer, which we knew wasn't the case. He's a busy guy! We do suspect, however, that he enjoyed working with us and made himself available because he loved coming over to see our golden retriever, Lily. The installers, Viktor and Irina, were amazing! With the exception of the demo, which another company handled, they did everything from start to finish. They showed up on time each morning, and literally walked in, said good morning, and then went right to work. I don't think I've ever met two people who physically work so hard in the home remodeling business. Home renovations do not, however, go without a few glitches here and there. We had just a few minor issues, one being a very persistent little drip in a pipe under the sink. Not to be deterred, Christopher came back each time the leak was fixed and then decided to rear its ugly head again from another location. And viola! The sink lost the fight! The message here is if there were any issues along the way, they were addressed and resolved immediately and to our complete satisfaction. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Paradise Remodeling. If you are looking for an exceptional experience with an amazing result, this company is for you. I wanted to like this store and the owner. But what was delivered was unsatisfactory, especially…read morefor the price. You can't really inspect the vanity if you live in an apartment because they will not remove the covering before it is brought up to the apartment and installed. Upon removing the cardboard packaging, and shrink-wrap, I found a nick on the quartz top, a cut (more like a "gash") on the left side of the vanity, and drawers that don't align or close to be level with the rest of the body. The last items especially cannot be known until the entire vanity is fully installed. The owner offered to replace it with another vanity. There are several problems with that -- one is removing the installation, which would include undoing the plumbing, and finding a way to bring it downstairs again, when bringing it upstairs was difficult enough. And the probability that these problems with the drawers not aligning will likely exist with the new vanity, since it has to do with sloppy construction and bad design. It's not likely that the piece that I have is the only one with these issues. Curiously, the handyman who installed the vanity showed me that there were holes drilled on the back of the vanity, as if someone had planned on attaching a mirror. That means that the vanity is either returned to the store or "manufacturer" or it's a second hand piece. As for the gash -- that is the most offensive flaw. I suppose I'll have to repair it with wood filler and live with it. What I have asked was that I be given a discount for these flaws. I hope the owner will change his mind and agree to do so.
