My parents and I were visiting from out of town and my cousin was showing us around. We happened to…read morevisit the church 30 minutes before 6pm vigil mass on Saturday so we decided to stay for mass. My Mom and I got to walk around the grounds and were drawn to the statue of Mary to the side of the church. Then we discovered the beautiful stations of cross behind the Mary statue and in the grass (please see my pictures). My Mom wanted to take a picture by each statute so we got to look at each one of them! As for the church, we were greeted warmly by the greeters. And the church itself was decorated so lovely for Christmas with the nativity on the altar. Being a member of my home church's choir I was impressed on how huge the choir is! Plus they sounded great too! I also like that there were several places where I could light candles and pray before mass. I chose the spot towards the back so as not to disturb anyone. The parishioners were also friendly during mass and I enjoyed the Deacon's homily! Happy churchgoing!
