And these facilities are also award winning. In 2013 the Shell station won the award for the best bathroom in Canada so make sure you stop and check it out. The bathrooms are definitely worth checking yourself out in! There's also lots of options for food and beverages - no worries, there's something for everyone. If you're on Highway 43 this is definitely the place to stop!

Definitely not what I would expect at a gas station! I was further surprised to see a very extensive food section for a roadside stop. Good-looking salads, veggie and fruit cups, yogurt, hot food, fresh soups, giant sandwiches. Picked up a chicken quesadilla to share since neither one of us was terribly hungry. Had it grilled and it came in a cardboard box cut up into wedges with sour cream and salsa. Super convenient and a great snack. They also had a ton of dessert, ice cream, and a rather extensive gift shop. Super impressed. Good prices, too; very reasonable.

Went to the TIL and no one was there. There was at least one staff standing outside smoking…read morewatching us. We ended up leaving without my groceries. The staff was near our truck and were laughing at what happened. Too bad, Better prices then IGA.
