Have never waited less than 30 minutes past appointment time, and sometimes 45 minutes or more. While sitting in the waiting room, you can listen as the staff calls patients to give them lab results -- nice privacy. She must be conswidered dimwitted by the medical equipment trade as she is willing to try even dumb treatments without the proper training or any proof that it may work. In ,my case she had a fan sitting on a book on a chair to cool me as teh light treatment wason going. After she burned my skin I insisited she stop. No follow up to check the damage she did to my skin. Avoid this practice Dretmatology at all costs.
