Pool is not grounded. The garage door opener not only didn't work it didn't even belong with the garage door. Caulking around the pool is missing in many places. Sprinkler system needs 25 heads replaced. One head is totally missing and just shoots water straight up. The film on one slider is peeling off the glass. One slider wouldn't budge.
