I live out of state, so a few years ago when I googled a florist my prayers were answered! I have since used Frida for every special occasion, and her attention to detail never ever disappoints. Every piece I have ordered has included AMAZING personalized details- that I didn't ask for! And as a creative person myself, I am floored at every one of her creations she has made for my mom. I ordered a bouquet for my mom's bday to be delivered to her, sight unseen as I live in another state. I needed something with bright colors in a vase. Her dog is not doing well and it's saddening her on her birthday. My mom has gotten flowers from me in the past and I ordered thru FTD or some 800 number, but now I use Yelp and and haven't been disappointed. My mom lets me know if the flowers are delivered wilted/spent/cheap-looking, as she doesn't like me to waste money ‍. However this arrangement met her expectations of how flowers should look! She's very happy and I will book mark this company for future ordering. The company was very transparent with cost and our communication was done on an email while concurrently being on the phone. Spelling of her name was verified. Prior to leaving the shop, photos of the arrangement were texted to me for approval and also to verify someone was home. Because of complications w/ other surprises I was preparing, I contacted them less than 24 hours before I was requesting a customer bouquet. They came through w/ a beautiful display of my wife's favorite flowers in her favorite colors at a very fair price. I was searching for someone in Sierra Vista who could create an arrangement for my aunt who recently lost her husband. I did not want the typical funeral flowers that quickly fade, but something she could keep in her home and enjoy for a long time. She and my uncle always loved the desert, so I wanted it to reflect their life together. Frida's was very open to suggestions and I sent a picture of something similar that I thought my aunt would enjoy. Frida's took this and went ABOVE and BEYOND!
