I'm not able to evaluate their work, since they never showed to do the job…read more We had a very tight schedule since we were planning to leave Germany, we needed to paint the flat before handing it over to the landlord. To make sure we will be able to complete the Handover in time we scheduled the job a full month ahead of time. We also received a confirmation email. The day of the job came and the painters were a no show. When we called to find out why, They told us that they were sick and that we will need to reschedule on Monday. No one thought to let us know before so we will need to find a different solution. I get that people get sick last minute, but since their are not my employees. They are providing a service that I paid for. I expect they to find a different solution to make sure they deliver on their obligations. Or at least tell us in due time so we can find our own solution. To summarize, according to the comments on top this company do not have a good service quality and they are not professional with their customers forward more unreliable. If I would be able to give them 0 stars I would do so. Paint you house on your own before booking this company. N h
