On their website they state, "Please Do Not Call, Our phone lines must remain open to communicate with the ATF and FDLE". Their phone problem is a direct result of poor management, they could simply use one phone line on all ATF and FDLE forms submitted, so both agencies would be returning calls on that line only, and simply use the other line for customer support. They are only open Wed. ~ Fri. 10AM ~ 6PM and Sat. 10AM ~ 3PM. They offer no reason for not returning calls when messages are left on their answering machine, or for not responding to emails left on their website "contact us" page. As a customer this is very frustrating here with 21st century technology. In order to speak with them you have to drive to their business, during their limited hours of operation, and for me it's a 30 mile drive.

Did I get an apology? Hell no the manager just said "oh he's new" as if that was a valid excuse. This is how they treat paying customers so I would advise shopping elsewhere. No excuses for this kind of behavior especially from someone in management. It was embarising to be searched in front of all the customers checking out. I'm mortified.
