Guess my job was too daunting for them cause i find it hard to believe that they have no one to work at my house until next year. The fellow i spoke with was very nice, but if they cannot do the job i need done, then what can i say except not good. He gave me the name of another person that might be able to help me, but he could not do what i needed done either. Everything is ridiculously expensive too. Almost prohibitive, but what i need done has to get done. These folks have done work for me before, and i was okay with that several years ago, but this is NOT GOOD!

Called Jason at 1100 am & requested service on a leaking kitchen faucet. Jason stated he was an…read morehour away & would be here the same day. He communicated when he was en route & arrived at 2 pm. I learned that he is licensed, bonded, & insured. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to local hardware store for materials, & repaired the faucet. He was extremely professional through out the service & very courteous. I asked for a tankless hot water heater install quote. He had unit prices readily available from previous jobs & recommended one that he has proven reliable. His labor quote was fair. Scheduled the install later this month. I will review the tankless hot water heater install after the job is complete.
