Came here on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure. First of all I must say, this salon is really well maintained and the staff was really kind. Plus their pedicure options have a bit more variety than most nail salons. Ended up getting the package with a scented scrub and massage with a gel pedicure. Cost was around $50 and was in and out in about an hour! read more

My friend made an appointment (a week before) for us to get a pedicure for Wednesday @5:30pm. We entered the salon and told the workers that we had an appt and they looked at us and asked us to wait a couple minutes (it was not a couple minutes). They forgot to put us down for an appt. They had us sit on the pedicure chair and soak our feet while we waited for the nail technician to be ready. I appreciate that the employee (I think owner) apologized for the delay because they did not write us down for the appt but the wait was long and the service was rushed. All of the technicians are working on other customers at the time. 6:05pm comes and I finally get worked on my pedicure and I could tell that they were rushing. Completely rushing that it was not enjoyable at all. 6:15pm comes and my friend finally gets started on hers and by then I'm basically about to be done with mine. My technician also cut me so my toe is hurting as she is spraying alcohol on my toes. We both did the deluxe pedicure and I received the hot stones but my friend did not. Also, the gel on one of my toes is peeling off and its been 2 days. read more

I was in town for one day, and my mom wanted to get a fill. This place was the first salon we found in the vicinity and they had good reviews so we decided to stop in. I got the Basic Pedicure which was $25 and included callous removal, sugar foot scrub and hot towel massage! I really enjoyed all those extras at the set price of $25. The ambiance was really nice! They put the TV on mute and put on some nice relaxing spa music. I fell asleep during my pedicure lol! And the lady that did my toes did a great job. Very thorough just how I like! I used to come here more often when Tina and her brother ran the business. It helped that I lived closer too. I've moved away and just happened to be in the neighborhood. So glad Tina was still there! I love this woman and her brother! Always so welcoming and nice. The inside and management has also changed but the quality of work by Tina hasn't. Always does it the way I like it. Her brother is no longer there but she's great with customers and always offering the better stuff. If you come, I'd suggest you ask for her! P.S. Was looking for a place to get my nails done really quickly after Thanksgiving and thankfully this place was open. We made an appointment at 2 PM and got there right on time. We were seated right away but unfortunately I had to wait longer while my cousin was helped right away. Even though we had an appointment, it look like they were understaffed and was trying to cover it up that I would be helped in five minutes. They kept saying that I would be help soon but it turns out I was going to get my nails done by the same person doing my cousins nails. Basically I had to wait until she was done to even get started which defeats the purpose of the appointment we made at 2 PM. I didn't want to show too much frustration because I understand it was after a holiday but it was annoying that I couldn't get it done at the same time. Once it was finally my turn, The nail lady was really nice and apologized. She explained that someone was supposed to come in but ended up calling out. I appreciated her explaining the situation and she even gave me a free design on my nails for waiting. She offered water too and she was just very sweet. Awful, bloody mess. Came in for a basic manicure. I didn't want gel because i don't like my nail plate being filed. They brought out the gel anyways & started filing my nails. The woman was very aggressive & ended up making a deep, 4 mm gash on the side of my pinky nail with the file. The woman tried to hide it but it was obviously bleeding, at this point i was planning on telling her I didn't want the manicure because it was painful, & she instructed me to wash my hands. I did so then let her know I didn't want the service & she looked very angry/annoyed & tried to get me to sit down to continue. I asked for a bandaid & she ignored me, but then she took my hand & poured what i think was a type of glue which stung my finger & placed a bandaid tightly. She called over her coworker. They exchanged some words I couldn't understand & the coworker told me it would be "$15 but a $3 discount for that" in reference to my finger. I was so upset & didn't want to argue so i paid & left. Such poor, poor service. Please avoid this place at all costs. My finger was heavily bleeding, my nails are all scratched up, & my cuticles hurt from how aggressive the woman was. Decided to give this spot a chance. Bad idea. Made an appointment for 3:45 but wasn't seen until around 4:30. No big deal, I can wait. Was told to pick another color because she couldn't find it; again, no big deal. As I was getting my full set she repeatedly told me I had a crooked finger and therefore had to put on the nail crooked. I wasn't aware of this and no one has ever told me I had a crooked finger before. From my point of view the nail was extremely skewed to the right and when I told her of this she dismissed it off and said it's fine. Rude. She rushed and made my nails uneven without even comparing the nails. The paint job was extremely sloppy. There were bits of cloth from the towel that was stuck to my nail and she painted over it rather than pulling it out. Also, I speak and understand Vietnamese fluently. The other workers were telling each other to hurry up and rush on a clients pedicure and that the client wouldn't make note of the poor and messy paint job because her nail bed was so short. I've come here time and time again and really liked it. Today i came by and it was not as nice as it usually is. The woman who did my nails practically scrapped my skin off with some sugar scrub that i didn't ask for or want. I just came in for a basic mani pedi and of course they give me a sugar scrub. She was coughing on me the whole time and kept dropping the towel she's using on my skin on the floor and reusing it. Not clean, the tools she was using were not clean and it seemed as if she was washing them off in my feet water, not satisfied at all this time around. Pretty disappointed and don't want to come back. I left after she did my pedicure because i was so unsatisfied, i will do my own manicure. Also the prices must have gone up because it's $20 for a pedicure when usually it's $25 for a mani pedi, theirs is $35. Finally a nail salon that doesn't feel like they don't know what they're doing! It was my first time here and it was slower (Saturday evening), so i didn't feel rushed. My friend and I were greeted immediately for our mani-pedis. The combo package is a steal because the techs take their time grooming your nails and put effort into a comfortable foot massage! The owner was really nice and the tech took her time to make sure I liked my nails. Came here on a Friday afternoon and wasn't busy. The employees here are very nice and accommodating! I took about 10 mins picking a nail color and the lady doing my pedicure was very patient. The owner was welcoming and offered me water. I picked the classic spa pedicure. The water was warm and the bath was lined. I feel safe when i visit nail salons that have the liners. The massages from my legs to the toes were nice! They definitely don't skip or give you a crappy massage. The massage lasted about 20 minutes. It was rejuvenating after a long week. The lady i had had braces and she was one of the sweetest nail technicians I've ever met! She helped me with putting on my birks when i didn't expect her to do it. She made my visit so relaxing. Initially, I was very happy with my service. I had gotten a pedi and a mani. I requested gel, however, the technician suggested I try dip nails as it would last longer. Unfortunately, two days later, I had one break and two others crack. When I tried contacting using the same number I scheduled the appointment thru, I was told 'wrong number' as soon as I asked to come in for a fix. Hmm...very disappointed. Especially since I spent almost 80$ and had been reassured my nails would last a long time with the dip method. Poor service to not try and fix 2 days later. This is based off of a non busy day. I came on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite slow. They took their time doing my nails as there weren't any other customers to attend to. I would not recommend this place at all. I came in for a full set and pedicure and did not enjoy my experience at all and was over charged. I asked for square short nails, some are square, some are coffin and they're all crooked on my nails. They look so bad. When I went to get my pedicure, I asked her to only paint my nails and do my cuticles because I was in a hurry. She proceeded to do a full pedicure in 10 minutes and still charged me full price. I paid $100 and am not happy with anything I received. Not only that but the salon is so dirty. The reuse tools and files on guests which is a huge NO NO! The counters were dirty and so were all the other tools in there. A basic cleaning after every client would literally avoid the build up of dirtiness on the work tables. I have never been so unhappy at a nail salon and I am not one to ever complain! If the owner could please message me because I would greatly appreciate a partial refund. The service was so bad and I'm very upset she didn't even do a proper pedicure and still charged me full price when I asked her not to do it. read more

First time getting a pedicure there and loved it. Such a relaxing place and loved the warm compress they give you to put behind your neck. I got the $30 pedi which included a great scrub, nice massage and wax to soften your feet. I would definitely recommend and will revisit.
