I was expected that spicy, tamarin sour and sweet flavor that is normally in a Pad Thai but didn't get that. The potstickers and sushi were pretty good. Overall it was decent but could be better. They caution regarding how hot you order food. My wife ordered it at 1/10 and was good. I have the Fireman's bowl and I think that is a 3 or 4 out of 10. I asked to have an order of Dal for take out at the heat that the chef usually eat it at. After signing a consent form and waiver (joking) she gave me an order of dal at 8/10. I tried it at this heat and yes, probably should have a glass of milk or some yogurt to cut the heat. I will try a 10/10 next time. All I all an excellent experience and one to be repeated.
