First, when I bought the car they kept my floor mats and not to mention the horn didn't even work. Then sale was processed incorrectly and they attempted to send me the registration instead of my bank. Ofcourse "lost in the mail" they had to request a new registration resulting in me having to pay penalty fees due to the delay in filing my registration with the vehicle. Within the last 6 months the following replacements have had to be made to the vehicle: Horn, trim, transmission, fuel injectors, fuel injectors AGAIN, and the clutch. Listen to the bad reviews because they are true. Roberto in sales was kind of helpful at first but then became non existent. Ali the General Sales manager is non existent, always in a meeting that apparently lasts all day long. They can cut checks at the dealership for a pay off but lie and say they will overnight a check to your bank for a payoff. If the check is sent back for the wrong amount, they won't contact you. When I called to ask for the sales manager's boss, he's also non existent and they told me he has no phone in his office. Comical. I had been going between this dealership and a closer dealership regarding the same vehicle. There were very specific requirements I needed to have met but ultimately chose this one year older Honda from Codie based solely off my interaction with him. From the beginning, he made me feel like my business with him was valuable and as a woman, I feel that is a great thing since most of the time I enter places like this, I'm treated as if I am uneducated. Secondly, he remained transparent with every step of the way, including pricing, negotiation and finally to signing the papers. I had expressed to him how far I would be traveling and he stayed in contact with me throughout my entire dealing with him. He was never pushy, disrespectful, difficult to work with to get where I needed to be and just truly made the experience so easy. I highly recommend this location for assistance with vehicle purchasing. We got there at 8:45pm, everyone there was exhausted and staying past their shifts to help customers get things done and into their vehicles. Kareem in finance made signing everything and putting my deposit down so easy. He knew how far we travelled and we had a toddler who was overtired and even though Kareem was also tired, his attitude and conversation were so enjoyable. I did get the warranty and will be taking the vehicle to be checked thoroughly but I am not anticipating any major costs. This is a 2017 so I am aware there may be need for some mechanical fixes. Got that typical story, internet price includes all these discounts that you dont qualify for? Really, I checked the list of discounts and they did not mention 1st responders etc etc etc. Sticker price showed the price but they had all these add on's..........internet price did not include that so I dont want them, take em off. I want what was advertised. First quote came to us at 38+K, including 14K for my car........that means I was paying over 52K (38K-14K) for a car that was advertised for 33.6?????!!!!!! WTH? When I asked what was going on? Started quoting price plus TTL and less my trade, it should have been around 22 K out of pocket, not 38K. They came back asking with a second quote to pay 27+K plus my car...........that is still too high that's 41K (2 7K+14K)for a car advertised for 33.6K. What happened to loyalty discounts? Already bought 2 cars from this place, but #3 is not happening. I am accountant so I know what the numbers are and it sure has heck did not add up. I pull up on the EMPTY drive only to wait well over 10 minutes to be seen. They declined to make it right. Then when I kept asking about inspection they finally sent me one with no date or signature. My first service went smoothly, but my experience with the second oil change was nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. After the second oil change, I noticed that two essential parts were missing from under the engine--the oil panel and the front plastic cover under the radiator. I went back to the dealership and complained. It took them three weeks to address the issue. When I returned for the replacement, they only installed the oil panel, refusing to install the second missing piece. To make matters worse, one of the employees approached me and accused me, saying, "We both know it was not there." This was incredibly insulting, especially since I work on my own car and am 1000% sure that both pieces were there before I brought it in. They essentially called me a liar and asked me to leave, even threatening to call the police. After this oil change, my car started shaking--yet another red flag that something shady is going on. It feels like they are deliberately causing damage just to get customers to return and spend more money. This is not how a trustworthy business operates. I bought a jeep from this dealership from my salesman Henry back in June 2023. I haven't had this Jeep for at least a year and it's only problems after problems. I bought the off-road package with them so I had my suspension lift kit and tires installed by the dealership. In three months, my coolant compartment blew up inside the engine out of nowhere. They replaced my coolant compartment and then two months later, I had what is called the "death wobble". They inspected the vehicle and the technician came out and apologize by saying that they didn't know how to install the piece correctly and it was my suspension that wasn't torque correctly. So since I bought the jeep in initially, the suspension was never installed correctly. After that, I was having a heating engine issue. They told me that when they replaced my coolant compartment, it wasn't done correctly, so the coolant fluid was leaking into my engine. That led me to have my entire engine replaced within the first year of this brand new vehicle. Neil, the supervisor told me that the dealership was going to cover my rental car for the days on my jeep was going to be in the shop . I HIGHLY advise to have the dealership and enterprise in the same page. I had to pay $300+ out of pocket due to Neil being so lazy and unresponsive. Neil only sent a warranty slip of $40 to cover the rental car, knowing more than well that enterprise rents at $50 a day. I returned the rental vehicle after having it for 19 days in July 2024. I found out that my "deposit" at enterprise had to cover the expenses left for the rental rate that Neil didn't cover after saying he was going to. I currently live in Austin and try to get a hold of him for a week and a half and every time I called "he was in a meeting, that he will call back". Neil never called back and is just hiding behind his desk. I went in person after 2 weeks trying, and caught him in person. He immediately responded that he will take action into getting my $300 back. He said to give him 3 to 5 business days and then my money will be back in my account. It's been more than three weeks and I have not gotten anything. I keep calling every day and they keep saying he is out of office or in a meeting. At this point, the Manager department in services is so terrible. I called enterprise to speak to the manager that was handling my situation, and they told me that since August 9 Neil has not even tried to reach out yet. Everything that comes out of Neil's mouth is BS and lies. The only great thing that this dealership had was the service attendant John M. He was able to get all my appointments situated correctly and was responsive even after the clock. While the finance manager, Charles, was busy bragging about how awesome he is and what TV shows he's appeared on, he messed up our financing paperwork and asked my husband to come back the next day to correct it. After working a 13 hour day, my husband goes back to the dealership to only to be sitting around waiting for 45 minutes and ends up leaving when no one came to greet him or get the ball rolling. They called him back and asked him to come the next day after work, so again after a 13 hour day he goes back to the dealership a 3rd time to complete the paperwork. Literally the very next day, we find out that there was ANOTHER error (you can't make this stuff up) and he was asked to come back to the dealership, but this time we refused! So Charles came to our home to have my husband sign whatever documents that were missing/needed. This has been a nightmare. We won't ever do business with these people again and we cannot recommend them. Supporting a local business should not harm you which this transaction surely did. I did notice when I locked the vehicle the horn would not go off. I assumed it was a settings problem as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle like this. Left with more problems than I arrived with. They had my car for almost 3 weeks for a radiator repair. The first concern was poor communication of status of repair. It was only I after I reached out that I learned my repair was complete. Upon picking up my car I immediately noticed something dripping from below. Service advisor told me it was probably just condensation from the A/C from when they drove it from the shop to the front for me to pick up. Once home, I looked further and it was transmission fluid dripping. This problem did not exist prior. Nor was it noticed during their multipoint inspection. Nor was it noticed while up on the rack for the radiator repair. I can only conclude it happened while under their care in the shop. I didn't think this kind chicanery still existed. IMHO they did something to my vehicle to cause me to return for another $1,000 repair bill. Not even deserving of 1 star. UNTRUSTWORTHY. read more
