I called ahead to order a special colour and she would not listen to me and insisted that I come into the hair dresser on the date of my appointment. I did that and they didn't have the colour I wanted so i had to get something else. I only had my roots dyed and no cut and she charged me 52 euros. Also she did not blow dry my hair or even cut it! I had an appointment with Giulia for a cut, colour, and also to colour my eyelashes. She kept me waiting 25 minutes, but when she finally got to me she was very friendly, and asked me all the important questions that showed me she knew what she was doing. Unfortunately, they sat her other client, with foils in her hair, RIGHT beside me as Giulia did my hi-lites. We were only 5 minutes in (to a 40 minute job), when the other client's timer went off, and she needed to be helped. So instead of someone else stepping in, Giulia just rushed me completely. She was clearly flustered, which made me very uncomfortable as well. She kept on dropping the comb, the hair clips, the dye brush, all because she was rushing. Then she left me with the bleach foils for over an hour (because she was working on the other client), and when she saw my results she had to fix it again. The whole dying process took an unbelievable 3 hours, considering that she spent a mere 20 minutes with me in total, if that. Then the cut: I asked for an angular bob, and showed her pictures of what I wanted. She did a rough cut and then said she would finish it when it was dried. So she dried it and I saw the finished colour. It was terrible - YELLOW, and looked like I had a month's growth, because she didn't take the time to go to the roots. There were also less than half as many hi-lites as there should have been - She really skimped out because she was rushed to help her other client. When I told her I didn't like the colour she was incredibly defensive. She called 2 other hairdressers over, who left their clients to tell me what was what. Of course, then their clients were looking at me, and I was facing the scrutiny of the entire salon! They told me it "must be the light" in the salon that was making my hair yellow. This is 4 hours after I entered the salon. Then she took my apron off and brought me to the counter, where I thought she would finally be doing my eyelashes. Instead, she just gave me the €75 bill!! I gave her the money, went home crying and humiliated by her peers, and then to top it off - I saw she hadn't finished the cut! Because of the fuss over the colour, she had forgotten to fix the cut so it was obviously uneven, with one side clearly longer than the other in the back of my "bob". Complete lack of care, complete lack of attention, complete lack of satisfaction. All in all, I think some people there know what they're doing - if they give you their time of day. I personally will NEVER return and I would encourage everyone to go somewhere else. My experience was beyond unsatisfactory - it was devastating.
