I bought a groupon for a haircut, colour, and Kur. It took me two or three calls to make an appointment. Even then, when I received a return call to my third missed call the gentleman on the other side didn't say who he was or where he was calling from or that he was returning my call until I specifically had to ask. It was also very difficult to understand him due to either poor phone services or bad connection, I'm not sure which but I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. After finally finding a date that would work for us both (after about 7 or 8 suggestions) I was able to make an appointment.
When I showed up with my friend 5 minutes early for my appointment, we were asked to wait just a minute. There were only two stylists working and already two people sitting in chairs. It was extremely loud in the place, I could barely hear my friend sitting right next to me. About 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was finally seated at a booth and was then told that because my hair was longer than my shoulders, it would be an additional €30 for the cut. I asked why I was not informed about this on the phone when making the appointment to which there was no answer. I had already paid €50 for the groupon and now they wanted an additional €30?! Um, no thanks. I ended up walking out, very disappointed as I had been really looking forward to a good cut and colour. I was able to return the groupon and get my money back.
I would not recommend this place in the least. It is not a comfortable salon and I do not appreciate feeling like they purposely withheld the information about the additional cost of the cut, hoping that since I was already there, I would agree anyway. read more
