The name says it all. Krappa…read more I had my hair cut by the owner. It's been more than 1 week and I still want to punch him in the face every time I look in the mirror. I wish his business would go bankrupt every time I run my fingers through my missing hair. He was so pleasant and friendly. I felt comfortable. I had the impression I could trust him. This was a huge unforeseen mistake, a gross deception, because... He betrayed me in a way that left me feeling utterly violated. I warned him at the beginning I was frightened. I begged him not to do anything extreme. I boasted the one thing I am most proud of is the length of my hair, which I had finally grown down to my waist. So, when he turned me around and showed me in the mirror the 4 cm he planned to trim, I agreed with him. I trusted him. I couldn't see what he was doing behind my back and didn't need to. However, when it was all over and done with, I had hair that barely brushed the top of my shoulders. He chopped off 18.5 cm! In effect, he CASTRATED me. And took EUR 50 for it. My romantic, medieval, wavy, walnut brown hair reduced to an unattractive, mediocre bob which will take me 2 - 3 years to grow out again. Ladies, if you love your long tresses, I would stay far, far away from this place.

The ladies spoke good English and entirely understood what I was looking for (despite asking a #2 on the sides, an American convention). Inside is nice and feels more modern than other franchise salons. There's even a styling/blow drying section that was pretty cool. The prices are less than a boutique salon, but they aren't exactly cheap (23€). Though, I'd certainly return.

Disadvantage: some staff does not speak english, they cannot deal with straight asian hair and asian hairstyle even the simple one, they could not measure properly (i said 3 cm , they cut 6 cm, bring your own ruler!). I have never seen bangs like that, i am so angry as it cannot be fixed.disappointed. I would not go to this place again.
