The man behind the counter gave me a €10 note and a few coins: a €0.50, a €2 coin, and what looked like a €2 coin, only with a "5" on it. The rest of the lettering was rather worn so very hard to read in the low light inside. I said to my daughter, "I didn't know there were €5 coins" and almost asked the man about it, but she really wanted to move on to our destination. I put the coin away. Imagine my surprise yesterday when I tried to pay part of my ticket for the Neue Nationalgalerie with the €5 coin only to have the woman at the ticket counter say that the coin was not a € coin! I took the attached images and ran them through Google, and it turns out the man at Habba Habba gave me a coin worth 5 Moroccan Dirham - currently valued at only US $0.51!! So Habba Habba cheated me out of €5! Not a pleasant experience. Despite the food being tasty, I will never go back there. I recommend that if you do go, you count your change carefully - twice. But cologne has other taquerias making magnificent burritos (to be reviewed later). I'd spotted Berlin's Dolores on previous trips but had not tried for a variety of reasons. Enter 2024 and in town with my youngest son (also raised on burritos). I was so excited to try Dolores. But truly saddened by the food experience. I grade burritos on a local curve. Had a hot salsa in it. But was hardly noticeable and not even hot. Basically, a burrito that was a so-so copy of Qdoba or Chipotle. So sad. So very sad. We even went back the next day to say hello to Lady Gaga, and they brought her out to say Hi! We ordered another round of beers and pizza for a second night in a row.
