There are some amazing outfits ranging from 1970s Halston dresses, 1980s Vivienne Westwood dresses, sequinned tops from the disco era and lots more. The shop is quite compact so it's quite easy to go through each rail and marvel at the fashion gems. The accessories are also spectacular- you will definately find a one-off bag here that will leave others green with envy. Prices vary from reasonable to quite pricy but it's worth remembering that you are buying a one-off piece of fashion. British fashion icon Kate Moss is a regular at Rellick and it's easy to see why. Not being in the heart of Portobello market Rellick is little off the beaten track but it's certainly worth looking for. If it's goood enough for cool Kate it's definately good enough for me.

Soho Vintage, well, it kinda ticks my boxes. It's not huge but it has a decent enough selection. It also seems to stock some great men's wear. Need a leather jacket? You'll find one here boys. The shop is hidden off a back street and can be missed but if you're in the area it's worth popping in. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful if a little distracted by the phone. Encouraged by an easel sign on the busy Broadwick Street, I headed down the quiet Ingestre Place to the open door (and arms) of Soho Vintage. The tiny space was filled with a plethora of styles. From an antique Victorian skirt to the 80s off-the-shoulder sweatshirts that are all the rage right now, Soho Vintage represented all. The prices were a bit on the dear side but, considering its prime location in Soho, not surprisingly so. If you find something you absolutely must have, a little light haggling might work for you here, since the shop is so small - rue the fact that those vintage boots are £35 and you might get them for £30. Overall, this proved to be a solid vintage store with a wide variety of items (at a variety of price ranges) that belied the shop's size.

Most of them come in leather and are once again, priced very generously. And last but not least, there are the clothes. I have never actually bought any clothes here. Personally, I think that they are not arranged in the best way and generally a bit messy or stained. I have flitted through the Menswear before though, and found it easier to navigate and generally better in choice. But really... it's all about the shoes here!

They really should change their signage and their name though because the naff silver graffiti style is so down market Dalston and really does not do the place justice. They have lots of pretty dresses and tights in rainbow colours, jewels and accessories aplenty. The woman working the last time I went in was nonchalant to the point of rudeness, but I don't mind, maybe she was having a bad day. It's not worth going out of the way for but if you are in my neck of the woods it's worth a look, there is a probability of finding a nice, afordable party outfit or at least something special to jazz up your get up with.

The shop is quite small but somehow I fell in love with everything on the rails. I thought that the four identical dresses in different sizes in front of me were the only four on the planet, however, so I was gutted when I went to my hometown and saw someone wearing it. I didn't mind so much, though, she was the only person I saw wearing it and I've never seen anyone in the other clothes I bought from there (a bright green long top with mid length sleeves and black swirls all over it - my favourite item of summer clothing). I had to hold myself together when I was in this shop - my heart rate was going crazy - I couldn't believe how much I wanted everything in front of me. But why haven't I rated Ivory with five stars, then? Well - my favourite item of summer clothing that I bought from here (that I did wear almost every day of the summer, fair play) has got a bit tatty having been washed several times - I'm a little bit scared of washing and ironing it too much now. Wear and tear aside, I cannot directly recommend this shop to you because I don't want anyone to wear the same clothes as me, but from my moral strand within me, go now - it's great!

When there in early June, it has everything from new mugs to vintage glass bottles to old road signs to bigger trunks and furniture-like items. For printing, it seemed to be mid-range. Some of the vintage bottles were in the ballpark of £10-12, mid-sized trunks and other vintage items were £50-100 (depending on what it was), while some more noteworthy items were several hundred pounds. I definitely recommend taking a look if you like vintage items since its a bit of a treasure trove.

So all my friends keep asking me, just how do I get so many men (multiples at once at times) . They often say things like "Kerry. B how did you bang that hunk" or "Kez is your muff made of magic because you are well and truly batting above your weight there". Well the painted black is my secret weapon, if there is one thing men like more then a cheap date and a quick drunk it's a moderately over weight middle aged woman wearing vintage clothing. From the outside it…read moreseems to be a real treat; photos of past customers Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, Victoria Beckham etc cover the windows, and there is a doorbell system on the door which means you cant just stroll in from the street. After a five minute wait outside in the freezing cold we were eventually let in to what is essentially a small room with women's apparel and another tiny room behind it with menswear. The clothes are amazing quality and not just reams of eighties gear like you find in the market, there are some lovely 1940s and '50s pieces here. It is so expensive though, the bag and dress that I liked were each £150 so i swiftly made me way to the door. Its expensive but if you needed something really special this is a good place to go.

Sure, the doorbell system is a bit wanky, but with clothes like this, it's easy to see why they need to monitor who comes in and out. The shop is tiny - but they have packed it with more stuff than you could believe could fit in such a small space. It's got an absolutely superb range of vintage things - from 1920s sequinned flapper dresses to some phenomenal 80s snakeskin boots. Sure, it's pretty expensive but some places have to be, right? Last time I was here, Kate Moss was also browsing. Only difference was she could afford to buy things, whereas I could not!
