We reviewed multiple well drilling contractors in our area and pursued Froe Bros after they quickly responded to our request for proposal. This was our first well and the crew from Froe Bros provided a very high level of professionalism from the drilling task as well as providing updates which a layman could easily understand. The entire process from start to finished was top notch. Additionally there was an issue, which nobody could have predicted due to environmental conditions, which caused the valve penetrating the well casing to snap. I gave Froe a call and they coordinated with the excavating company and were onsite within a couple days to rework the area and we were back up and running in no time. We had really bad water pressure, and a very old and unsafe pit well. They talked us through options, and we decided to dig a new well. They were able to fit me in much sooner than I thought, due to a cancellation. They also struck water much shallower than I thought, and I'm so thankful. But even if they hadn't, they said they'd work with us to set up a payment plan if it did go crazy deep. very good customer service, and timely testing afterword. Highly recommend. read more
