A few days before the wedding, I contacted them regarding the setup of the lantern lights and they expressed some concern about hanging them at our venue. At first it seemed like they wouldn't do it, but then changed their tune once I told them I could get them from a different vendor who would set them up. On the day before the wedding, everything we ordered showed up and they were on time for the setup. The guy set up the lanterns and Christmas lights, but some of the lights fell the day of the wedding and had to be fixed. The biggest downside, however, was the lack of customer service. They did not even seem remotely happy to have my business. They were not friendly and never tried to go above and beyond. I would describe their vibe as depressing and I never plan to use them again for any rentals.

When we tried to call them back that Saturday, no one was there to fix the mess that he had made. We would have been better off doing it ourselves. I would not use these people for any occasion again. Warning to those who plan on using festivities for their wedding. Think twice and maybe try another party planning place in the area.
