I just purchased a new vape cartridge. 1 gram dropped and broke it after a couple of hits. I called the From The Earth location I purchased it from Brookside. I wasn't looking for a refund, just a discount on a new one hopefully? Manager was unwilling to help me. I went to the From The Earth in Raytown wasn't expecting them to do anything about it but told them what happened and showed them the broken cartridge manager offered me a $40 credit towards a new one I couldn't express my appreciation enough. The Raytown location is the smallest in the Kansas City area, but I believe that Winsett, the ability to also be the friendliest. Every time I go, I recognize at least one of the people working, and love hearing the recommendations, and what products they have that are new. Shout out to Jason, Luca, David, Shakyra, and Nicholas for being fantastic every time. You can tell the people who work here enjoy their job. From the earth in Baytown has hands down one of the best customer service dispensaries: they show you the cart ( if your buying one), they open up the bigger products to make sure everything is okay in it.
