Our granddaughters even said how good it was and asked if we got to take home any leftovers, which of course we did. Two days later while doing things at our church, one of the ladies commented about how clean the kitchen was left and that she had never seen it so clean after a private party. The only thing Vitter's used was our warmer, yet he took time to make sure everything was neat and clean in our parish hall kitchen. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated having him cater our party and would highly recommend him.

I've been to three or four events catered by the new incarnation of Just Catering now (the Just…read moreCatering post Orr's departure). One is better off choosing any other option available. The odds of that random option being worse than this option are pretty low. This place has never provided a substantial vegan option. The food provided is mediocre at best and our meaty friends report the same. Before Orr left, we'd used this place several times, they even catered our (all vegan except for the chicken for our meaty friends/family) wedding. It was great, we'd always been extremely happy with our experiences before Orr left. Since then, we've had only bad experiences. This most recent time the servers tried to serve vegetarians soup with chicken stock and once they were explained that wasn't vegetarian, they tried to serve it to vegans (the soup also had egg in it, just FYI). The folks serving on the line didn't know if the things they were serving were vegetarian, vegan or really anything about the ingredients. We had to ask, then demand, then get someone who was *in charge* of the event to speak with someone from Just Catering to get the answers to our questions. There were lots of glares and outright hostility toward those with dietary restrictions during these exchanges, making the whole experience a whole lot more unpleasant than it needed to be. All of these vegan hassles are despite communicating to them before hand that vegans, vegetarians, etc., would be present and need to be fed. They were told how many of each they'd need to feed as well. It's not just the food that is subpar, the service is abysmal. Do not use these folks.

Every single event catering has been different, customized to the needs/wants. I also love their name! Caprichos means indulgences, fancies, or whims. Such a cute idea. The unique thing about their charcuterie boards is that the they have a Venezuelan flair. If you want to do something different, this is the best choice. Their menu has different cheese board options depending on the number of people you expect, including a panini or raclette station. The cheese fondue in a bread bowl is amazing, I hadn't seen it offered before. They also do personal cups if you don't want the common picnic display. There's a breakfast option with a mini pancake station, sweet menus that feature tres leches, chocolate marquesa (Venezuelan tart cake), alfajores, arroz con leche, flan, and more delicious treats. The custom tables are always an eye catcher.
