If you are going here you will need to get of at the La Muette station (line 9) which is where you can also transfer to the train going to Chateau Versailles. They have a wonderful selection of cheeses. That I have not been able to find in place here in the States.
We we're helped by a young and very helpful lady who also spoke English. She allowed us to sample the cheeses as well. Keep in mind they need to be refrigerated, so only buy accordingly. We were looking to try the fresh cheeses made of raw milk and they were excellent. The bill was high though. We spent over €40 but we think it was well worth the money. The store is actually a large stand part of an indoor market. We bought in other stands great Prosciutto, the best macaroons we tried from different stores in France and fresh fruit to eat with our newly bought cheeses. If you like cheese and are in the area I strongly recommend that you come and check the cheeses. They only take visa and MasterCard. no Amex nor Discovery
