The concept is a mix of a Quebec casse-croute (fast food joint), cheese market and dairy bar in one. This St-Jerome location is relatively new, it's beautiful and spacious with a lot of seating options both inside and out. The restaurant features large garage style doors that open up fully to let in a lot of air, making it feel like you're sitting on a terrace. The menu has all kinds of poutines, paninis, burgers, spaghetti and pizza. They also sell fried curds, hot dogs, pogos and salads. They even serve breakfast and have an express, discounted lunch menu. Of course you'll find their classic cheese curds, and other types of cheeses. Although they are not made on site, they are delivered fresh everyday from Victoriaville. Food is ordered at a counter, cantine style, and depending on how busy it is, they can make you wait at your table and call your name once it's ready. I opted for a baby sized classic poutine and the "Inter Victoria" burger which has onion rings, bacon and cheese curds as special toppings. I love that they display all their containers so you can get an idea of the different sizes (baby to family sized formats!) and there is a filtered water fountain to refill your cups. The ice cream bar has your classic cones, sundaes, banana splits, milkshakes, frosties (mix of ice cream and slush) as well as dips you can add on your cone. I opted for their "Vic mixte" which is their equivalent of a Dairy Queen Blizzard or the Mcdonald's Mcflurry. I got the strawberry cheesecake filling and it was truly delicious. The only complaint was how small the cups were compared to an actual Blizzard. All in all, the food was delicious, the cheese is delicious and the ice cream is made of real, fresh cream- not your DQ or ice milk type so it's truly decadent. Plus they even have a drive thru so you can easily order to go!! Must visit, especially as a family, everything is simple and fresh, a real crowd pleaser.

We have purchased cakes for special occasions here and they are wonderfully delicious and artistic! Another curious delight is their pizza bread. This is a Quebec specialty and theirs has a tad more garlic flavour but is richer in flavour than some other places. Everything I've had here is tasty. Really fresh and delish. I definitely will come back to test a sandwich. Good sandwich shops are hard to come by in Terrebonne- Mascouche so I'm looking forward to testing it out. The owners are a couple French Canadian-Italian and you can definitely see the pride they take in preparing high quality food.

There's parking right out in the front and when we went there were plenty of spaces. Inside they have fruits and veggies as well as other frozen and fridged food. They do have fresh maple donut holes which we did end up buying alongside an apple pie, cranberry apple pie and maple sugar pie. They do have one restroom in the back if you do need to take a little pit stop. The woman there was quite friendly and the place definitely felt like you're going to a neighborhood small grocery store. The maple sugar pie was ultra sweet and the cranberry apple was sweet but at least it was tart to balance. The maple donut holes and apple pie were the winners for me. I believe the donut holes were made from potato flour so it was savory and sweet. Overall, it's a nice spot to take a quick pit stop and grab some snacks and desserts before heading back to Montreal.

They specialize in loads of different dessert pies a huge selection of apple, blueberry, tarte au sucre, fresh doughnuts and many many other offerings. These delectable delights are in the room on the right side when you enter. If you walk to the back area in the main building they have freezer section of prepared foods in various sizes and a huge selection. My fave are the chicken pot pies. They are not chalky and lacking filling as I've had with grocery store varieties. Their chicken pies are creamy and packed full of veg and generous chicken serving. I've also had their tourtiere du Lac St Jean and it was loaded with meat and a few different kinds of potatoes! They also have various tourtiere, frozen pasta meals, cabbage rolls and loads of stuff your grandma may have specialized in. It's Sunday night comfort food! All delicious. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable produce area and also lots of jams and jellies that are great to discover. They make a great small gift. These types of country stores are a real gem. The Saint Sauveur location is a star child of this facelift. You're entering a 64,600 sq. ft. showpiece that is bright, well lit and spacious. The new concept has a selection of "boutiques" along the perimeter, like a deli counter, charcuterie, oyster/shrimp bar and cheese counter with the prettiest 2 feet tall glass fridge containing an impressive array of local and imported cheeses. There is also a Joe Fresh collection of apparel for adults and children. The Loblaws/Provigo brand excels in going above and beyond to turn grocery shopping into an experience.
