awful service! I was told my parcel was at frome sorting office ready to be picked up by today or it ill be returned to sender. When i got there I really wasn't expecting one of the staff to make sarcastic comments at me when all i'm trying to do is collect my parcel. After i asked if he could go and check for me he went out back somewhere for only a matter of seconds and returned saying it wasn't there. When i told him my friend had told me it was there he replied with how does she know? is she telepathic? how dare he talk to me like that!! my friend had spent ages tracking my parcel down by phoning various numbers so i'm not impressed by the staff attitude what so ever. read more

This morning at around 9:02am this morning, one of your small red royal vans almost knocked down my 7 year old son , who was cycling to school on the pavement. Your Royal Mail van reversed sideways onto the pavement and only just missed my son. He should Not have reversed quickly on to a pavement. This happend just almost outside hayesdown school. When I approached the driver and knocked on his window and told him that he almost hit my son, he just shrugged his shoulders and showed no care what so ever. I was so upset and in tears. The school are aware of this incident. This needs to be taken further and the driver should not get away with this. Please look into this . read more

Me and my partner went to collect a letter this morning. There were about 4 Royal Mail workers stood outside smoking by the front gates. I stayed in the car whilst my partner went to get the letter and was shocked to see one of the women taking the piss out of him behind his back. She then noticed me in the car and stood there giving me dirty looks. It's a shocking way to behave and treat someone you don't even know. Complaint will also be filed with Royal mail. read more

Tried to call to rearrange delivery after card put through company's door, , left on hold had the usual message busy handling lots of calls ( do they mean complaints) voicemail saying too busy to talk too customers and I cannot leave message, just told to call back later ! Very annoying and unprofessional, I can see why they RM are loosing business. Very poor opening hours available, especially week before Xmas. to collect non delivered letters. read more

Royal mail in general is falling apart, post offices closing down even when main office always seemed to have large queues. now collection office only open for very limited time and post man doesn't deliver until late except sometimes early delivery of a package but barly waits 30 secound before putting card through door so you have to go to lousy openning time collection office. read more

Never any problems at all at home or for my Buisness needs, counter staff at the sorting office are polite helpful and professional. My local postman who works out of this office is 2nd to none he is very good at getting our mail to us and we never have any issues at all. Often use this depot in Robins Lane to drop our large mailouts, alwayd get an A1 service and help. read more
