My sales taxes were consistently paid late, and I had to personally pay the accrued fines which were usually around $600 because I wouldn't find out until I received a government notice. Bookkeeping was not detailed and consistently late. When I asked for reports like P&L I was constantly ignored. There were many other issues but the main reason I'm writing this review is because after 20 months they are still trying to locate my 2021 tax returns. Joe has been non-communicative and Nick has just brushed me off by forwarding the IRS's phone number. Joe finally contacted me last week and said that it was MY mistake and that the IRS had deposited $20,000 into my corporate bank account in 2022. I knew this wasn't true because I closed that bank account at the end of 2021 when I closed my business. They tried to back up this claim with bogus internal reports. Then out of nowhere, Joe told me to meet him in person to pick up a $20,000 check. I guess they noticed their negligence. I emailed Joe back to confirm and didn't hear from him for two days. When I wrote back to see what was going on, Joe changed his tune and said the IRS was still working on my 2021 return. I let them know that this was an unacceptable answer given everything they tried to pull on me before and Joe began to insult and gaslight me saying things like "learn how to read", "this is the first time I'm hearing about all this", "I think you're scared of me" and "I am the boss. I am in control" among other insults that I have screenshotted. Boscia and Boscia were fully paid for their services. I pay for an accountant to keep the IRS away, but Boscia & Boscia wants me to contact the IRS myself. They'll claim that the IRS is backed up and still processing the refund. However, the level of neglect, accountability, and unprofessionalism was enough for me to write this review. Just know what you're getting yourself into with this company. I will continue to update this review.

They charged $2500 up front but never did respond when I asked what that money would cover. After waiting a week with no answer, since I was in a hurry to resolve my tax problem, I just paid it. I wish I hadn't. Over more than a year, they took weeks to respond to messages, and getting them to actually do any work was like pulling teeth. I had lost my records when my business closed down, so I needed them to reconstruct my financial picture from that year (the main reason I had a tax issue and something another accountant had told me could be done). Instead they simply asked me to estimate the numbers, which they used to fill out the tax forms and make the calculations. Big whoop. If I could do that myself, what was I paying them for? It certainly wasn't worth $2500, the hundreds I had to pay to give them power of attorney, or the $700 more they demanded to actually file the past-due returns. They wanted even more to dissolve the business, file another return, etc., but I stopped it there. When I had questions, I couldn't get answers. They would just not respond. And when I called to speak to Mr. Badran directly, I was polite but couldn't get a full sentence out. He would interrupt every time I tried to speak, but he never actually said anything. He didn't explain what they were doing or why, just rambled about nothing. In the end, I paid over $3000 just to file two old returns, and it took me more than a year and a ridiculous amount of mental anguish and frustration. I've really held back on how angry I am here. Please don't waste your time and money.
