This morning the guy who answered snapped at me for asking why he was telling me different things when it came to ordering. This was the response : "STOP MENTIONING LAST TIME- I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'VE BEEN TALKING TO - BUT I'VE BEEN HERE 10 YEARS AND KNOW THE RULES - NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" He then called his headquarters and informed them that the road was unsafe and he will have to return back to Red Deer. There was a small snow storm, but none of the hundreds of cars were turning back. After several phone calls, they informed us that they won't get us a replacement taxi. They actually suggested calling Associate Taxi instead. Great way to do business. Never rely on this company on any critical travel plans.

Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. Not all cab drivers were created equal.
