This business was great until I tried to cancel. Truly. I didn't want to leave. Service was reliable and excellent. But we're paying over $20k a year for daycare. My electric bill increased significantly. We're cutting costs any way we can: canceling streaming services (we only had two); canceling news subscriptions, and so on. Frontier raised their prices to $85 a month. Greenlight was only $55, or $360 a year. Even with installation and a new router we'd save over $100 in the first year. So we switched. I was on the phone with Frontier for over fifteen minutes while on break. They tried to give me promotional offers ($30 a month for three years) but I already paid install fee, bought a new router that I can't return, etc. Frontier wouldn't take no for an answer, and I had to hang up. Sadly, someone high up, probably making an eight digit income and sporting a two digit IQ, never had the realization that if they kept prices competitive, struggling families wouldn't seek alternatives. Here's a free clue for them: everyone is struggling now. Rents, groceries, daycares, and utilities have increased by double digits over the past few years. Things are bad enough I considered going back to Spectrum. I may be forced to take up Frontier's offer of $30 a month though. The people at Frontier Airlines are so unprofessional and so unfriendly they're mean as hell they've told me I couldn't get on the plane because of my luggage so when I told them I would pay to get my luggage on there the guy and the lady together were laughing last night at me they both told me I couldn't get on and just continue to laugh in front of everybody at me I thought it was horrible I got on the plane for Frontier this morning the black lady was mad because I said in a seed I guess I didn't know it was for me or wasn't for me so she moved me into the other seat there was hardly anybody on the plane and the one lady got up and gave me her seat to the window cuz she know I wanted to sit by the window they got up and came back and harass me both of them were harassing me so terribly bad they had me crying very bad I want all my money back I want to full refund and I am definitely going to sue Frontier I see that you are one star you guys don't give a damn about anybody you guys are very extremely unprofessional and you guys need to be shut down and I am contact Better Business Bureau also this type of behavior should have never been tolerated they're trying to blame it on me absolutely not I'm a very sweet person friendly person these people are mean and angry as hell at the world and that lady with the loan ponytail I don't know her name they won't give me their names their badges is too small to read their names and I see why I will never fight with Frontier ever again in my life and I will be suing you soon as I get back to the state of South Bend Indiana read more

Might be the worst criminal enterprise to deal with. Stay away, go with Spectrum, Greenlight, or any other company. 1. Make promises they can't keep 2. Unethical and sleezy billing practices 3. Misleading statements from sales (lies) 4. Contracts that auto-renew without approval 5. Taxes, surcharges, fees, and more fees & surcharges on top of those! 6. READ YOUR TERMS OF AGREEMENT! FRONTIER SAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING! AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY THEM NO MATTER WHAT. On July 30th there was an outage of service caused by Frontier. I was directly told by Frontier customer service that a line had been cut and was to be repaired. I called back later that day due to late of internet service and Frontier router not working. I walked through their recovery steps several times with a technician and then told that line had been fixed. I still had no service and was tole by Frontier technician that I needed a new router. They would send one out, but would not send it over night. Once I received the router to call back and ask about a credit on my account. I had to wait for regular mail. 5 days later I received the router and installed it myself. I was without service DUE TO FRONTIER for 5 days. I called today, 8/19/19, for a credit on my account for service not rendered. I spoke to Nick from customer service and was told that in the "terms and conditions" I did not qualify for a credit. That Frontier was not responsible for any outages even if they caused them or it was due to their equipment. He had an attitude and said that if I had a technician come to my home I could have received a credit. I said I didn't know that otherwise I would have wasted Frontier and my time and had a technician come out. I asked to speak to his supervisor. Spoke with Dillon who said he was Nick's supervisor. He also said that he could not give a credit for service not rendered. I told him what Nick said and he said even if a technician came out they would not issue a credit. Nick then said he didn't say that and I said the conversation was taped and to listen to what he said, he said he may have said that and Dillon said this information was not correct. I then asked to make a formal complaint and spoke with Cindy, she said she would take my complaint and Nick would be reprimanded, but that she too could not give a credit. I cannot believe that a company can still charge a service fee for service not rendered by their fault and their faulty equipment. The consumer should not be responsible for a problem/service interruption that was clearly the fault of Frontier. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more
