TERRIBLE!! Have had issues with internet/wifi randomly dropping during the day, there's NO local walk-in customer service and when I called to cancel, the sales rep WOULD NOT take no for an answer, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE, he just kept on ad kept on trying to promise this and that, then when all was said and done, he tells me I have an $89.99 bill, when they just drafted $79.90 out of my checking account just a week earlier, THEN I'm informed that I have a $50 RESTOCKING FEE, for them to put my old (not working) router back into inventory! -STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!! read more

I have been with frontier for over 4 years. I'm still on the old fashioned DSL. I do not have fiber. About 6-7 months ago they raised me $10 and about a month ago they raised me another $10. That's $20 price in a year's time. Looks like they're going to raise me $10 every 6 months and I don't see why because I have the worst internet service in the world. Anyhow I will be canceling my internet service and I guess I won't be using any internet because I cannot afford it. (Plus when I first signed up I was guaranteed $25 a month for life as long as I've never changed my service and I never did and now they're raising my rate saying that they would have never made that promise) And why would my rate need to go up with DSL. read more

The worst customer service - Not user friendly. harassed by chat line, not allowed to speak to a person on the phone, failed to send me e-mails and blames me for not reading my e-mails. I have spent2 hours on the CHAT line to pay my bill and it didn't get done and I was locked out of my account 2 days in a row. Won't answer my call to disconnect my service I have wasted 2 hours at a time with incompetent chat line. Once you complain about THEIR service, they do harasse you knowing they can't be fired. read more

Do not get Frontier service. I was told I would not be charged fees for canceling my service and now they want me to pay $14.50 after I just made my last payment of $50 to them. I already reported you guys to the better business bureau in hopes that they can get you guys to settle the $14.50 you want me to pay. Apparently my online account is closed as well so I wouldn't be able to make a payment online and would have to give my credit card information to your unrtrustworthy agents. Next thing I know all my money's gone. You guys are the worst. You should be shut down and sued for the service you provide. read more

Would give it a 0 star. Worst internet I ever had. Please save yourself and not get frontier, claim to have a great deal but there's a reason why. Stupid contract now I have to deal with this crappy Internet for awhile read more
