I've been w/State Farm for a number of years, the agent I had retired. The reason for a rating of…read more(3) is: with the other agent, if I had a question(s), I could call the office directly. The women who worked there were always able to help me with any question(s), why isn't there an office phone number? I come from a generation that there is always front office people to take your call quickly. I would've hit (2) but I'm going to see what the reason is for there being no way to call someone working in the office. I never had to wait for the past agent to call me, however, I always knew he was available if I did need to talk to him because the women would give him the message. Plus, the women who worked there at that time were the best, very good customer service skills. Where are they now, I hope still in the office. Depending how this plays out I may add a second review. . .Right now I am a bit frustrated w/no way to talk to someone until the agent finds time to call me. This could have been taken care of as it always was in the past by the office staff!
