Last Friday we started with Gazpacho Soup with garnishes, fresh baked from scratch Crab Tart, a refreshing Green Salad, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Asparagus and Potatoes and an Orange Soufflé for dessert. All the courses were perfectly prepared and paced so you could enjoy them. Dinner was $30 each and did I tell you it is BYOB? When you make your reservations Chris will tell you what is on this week's menu so you can bring wine to pair with the food. The food is wonderful and it is a great value. To make it even better, he himself would step away from the kitchen to check on his guests from time to time. Followed up by asking what he can do to make our experiences even BETTER. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what it is. There were two brunch options, I went with the french toast + chicken sausage + potatoes. When choosing my meat, he did give the option of bacon or chicken sausage, which is a great substitute for those who don't eat pork. Not only was the food reasonably priced, mimosas were included in the price as well.
