Reached out to Fastsigns on December 22nd, and a rep got back with me the same day letting me know…read morethat they would come down sometime to take a look at the signs we wanted to replace and give me an estimate. They never gave me the quote, so I reached out again a week later and was informed that someone would be out the next week. It's been a month since I first contacted them and they never gave me the requested estimate or reached out to tell me that they would or would not do the job, they did however email me a spam advertisement for the company.
