This firm then advised me to get additional treatment from a chiropractor and a neurological center. The neurological referral was in regards to a potential concussion I might have suffered. The Lindsey Firm also insisted that I get an MRI despite the hospital doctors saying that I did not need one. I followed their advice and I received treatment from a chiropractor and I drove a long way to Hope Neurological Services in Macon. They referred me for testing at another neurological testing center in College Park to determine if I had a concussion. At the time I did not know that there is nothing you can do for a concussion, that treatment is simply rest. The test was not definitive but it was crucial for the Lindsey Firm to demand a higher settlement from the insurance company by including pain and suffering from a concussion. I was never treated for a concussion, only diagnosed, which makes the diagnosis useless aside from the increased financial settlement. Out of $25k I was left with $559. All of the medical expenses were paid and the Lindsey Firm got $8,325. Had I taken the MRI that my case manager kept calling and insisting that I undergo I probably wouldn't have gotten a dime. They made sure all the medical services in their network got paid (and I would not be surprised if they get a kickback for their reference), and they paid themselves handsomely. But I got a lousy $559 for all the days I could not got to work and my pain and suffering. I would have been better off on my own. They will try to respond and explain with lies but don't believe them. They enriched themselves off of my suffering and I don't want anyone to make the mistake that I made.

No longer require services…read more.. My decision comes after realizing that you are not providing me with the accurate and complete information in a timely manner. Your deception makes it difficult for me to properly make decisions on my behalf. Consequently, your office's lack of communication has put me in a hardship situation. I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone. Their customer services & delay in response is not to my liking. I am a very organized and punctual person. I kept them updated, copies of ALL my information, left numerus messages and even spoke to the actual attorney. However, the attorney's employees are just mirroring her actions. If the attorney doesn't response in a timely manner, why would her employees? Please, do your research before entering this attorney's office!!!
