I had new floors laid in my apartment and the work was of an unacceptable standard. There were large gaping holes at each door frame, gaps between the floor planks, and missing runners across the walls. They came in a second time to fix the issues but left having done almost nothing. They've now told me that 'dét at du ikke er tilfreds har intet med sagen at gøre' (that you are not satisfied with the work has nothing to do with the issue), which tells you all you need to know about their customer treatment.
They get 2 starts instead of 1 as the paint work, and electric work was fine and quick. read more
