The bowl was just packed with so much seafood goodness that I even managed to share it with my friend who accompanied me to the trip. I normally wouldn't share my chirashi since I'm selfish like that. We also shared an order of grilled yakitori sticks moriawase which was a selection of grilled innards, liver and chicken skin with a serving of sweet teriyaki sauce. That's why when we had a platter of different flavored wings, I sort of avoided the parmasean in favor of the barbcue flavored and the spicy buffalo flavored wings. The meat was so tender, the salpicao taste was close enough to a tapa flavour which actually brought me back to my memories of my grandmother's tapa, and there was no pungent taste! YAY!!! Fuji is basically a pretzel or croissant looking thing with a thin swirl of ice cream on top, and Ice Kacang, though weird sounding, is a really great shaved ice dessert.
