So let's start out with "yes it's a Fuddruckers attached to a truck stop". Overall I think the food options were great and only going by what I ordered (chop steak with side salad) I was pleasantly surprised. Being on a keto diet this was a great option for me. The side salad was massive and the chop steak is literally a giant hamburger cooked to your liking. For my keto warriors this is a great place to eat if you can build up enough will power not to eat that amazing garlic bread they give you with your meal. Well let me begin!! I ate there Thursday with My babyluv husband, we LUV, LUV food and I'm returning with my brother-in-law today. I'm an all American girl who luvs her burgers, I ordered a1/2lb. with no cheese, I added the basics from the condiment bar, pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard mmmmm good. The burger tasted so fresh and 'clean', with all the fresh fixings. Now my babyluv ordered 1 lb burger with American cheese, had onion, tomato, diced onion mayo and mustard on it with a large chocolate shake. Holy. Jeepers, he began by slicing it into 1/4's and digging in, my mouth dropped, I couldn't believe my eyes, before I could even take a bite of my deliciousness, his was a bite away from being 1/4 done, he never spoke, grabbed that shake took a slug and went right on without looking up finished the burger, shake, and announced 'I think I will have another shake'. Enough said!!. My burger was spectacular as I soon found out, his burger was gone in record time, and he was working on shake number 2. The staff was especially welcoming and kind, this restaurant was extremely clean, you even left your trash on the table, as it was cleaned by a very kind man. The service and products have certainly gone downhill, the cheese sauce was very watery, my adult burger was smaller than the kids burger, The ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise were in packets instead of the usual dispensing units, we will not be going back there anytime soon. This was my 1st time in a fuddruckers. I thought I'd give it a try. I wish I hadn't now. The lady that took my order acted like she really didn't want to be there helping anyone. I asked her a question about the fries & she looked at me like I was stupid. I ordered the onion rings. They were anorexic onion rings & so soggy & spicy that I couldn't eat them. I tried but a no go. The burger would have been alot better if I could have gotten some mayo, ketchup, & mustard on it but the dispensers were not working correctly. The vegetables were wilted & looked like it had been sitting there quite a period of time. I definitely wouldn't eat at this location again & I don't think that I'd want to eat at any other fuddruckers either, not if they are all like this one. The atmosphere was totally dark, also. The lights were not very inviting & it just didn't measure up to the hype that I've heard over the years. Someone might need to reconfigure this place. Sorry it's a bad review but I tried to enjoy it but it wasn't anything good about this one. The burger was prepared decently but without fixings, it was bland. No salt on the tables. No napkins, just a roll of paper towels. This is almost the worst food restaurant I've been to. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The food was fresh. I ordered guacamole and got avocado but not a big deal so said nothing. I'm not a fan of fast food but will say this would beat the buns off the regular fast burger. A lot of negative sounding reviews. It is attached to the truck stop BUT, I promise you, the scary gross truck drivers won't bother you. This food is always good here and it's a convenient location for us right at I 95 and 54 my only complaint is the price. It's really a little high. One nice thing I will say is that for locals here in Ashland they will normally give you a locals discount for the asking. If you're in a hurry and want inexpensive food, this isn't the venue. Service is slow especially during lunch and everything is overpriced. Fountain drinks are double the price of drinks in the store @$2.50 The food is not quite Five Guys level but costs about the same. The atmosphere is better than Five Guys but has no WiFi. The plus is that they offer a limited selection of domestic beer by the bottle- also overpriced. Three stars. read more

I went here for my first time to Fuddruckers today and I was pleasantly surprised Not only was the service fantastic they were very accommodating because I also ordered dessert with my meal they made sure to keep an eye on me so when I was done with my excellent Burger that they would have my dessert out immediately. Well. I've never eaten at one of these places until today. I can't say I'll ever go back to any fuddruckers. We ordered 2 shakes and 2 burgers. My partner asked for a thick shake because she hates runny shakes. After a 10-15 minute wait. The burgers were so over cooked they were literally rock hard patties. The shakes were like runny water. When she did put aside her receipts there was no "Welcome to Fuddruckers", "Sorry to keep you waiting...", etc. Not even sure she said "May I take your order please." While I was initially perturbed to find this location affixed to a truck stop, I soon found myself both delighted and amazed by the wonderful ambience and delectable cheese. The service allowed me time to study the vast menu of both typical and exotic burger offerings, yet I never found myself feeling frustrated or impatient. Once I ordered, I was disappointed to find that the veggie burger described on the online menu was unavailable, but I found a renewed sense of purpose in the Loaded Fudds Fries (sans bacon, of course). The beer selection included a wide range of both domestic and premium beers. After much contemplation, I settled on a Heineken that was served to me at the ideal temperature for consuming Heineken. My fries arrived cheesy and bacon less, and I became a potato artisan at the Fudd's Fresh bar where I topped my signature Loaded Fudd's Fries with jalapeños, pickles, a variety of condiments, and of course, jalapeño cheese sauce. We hadn't been to Fuddruckers since the location on Broad St closed. This one is in the truck stop. Not the same format as the old Fuddruckers, but the food was good! Burgers were cooked as ordered, food was hot, service was quick, and the onion rings are awesome. Our only complaint was an order of frings is $3.50, and only got 4 onion rings. We asked about the small portion size and they gave us more rings. We'll go back ! read more

Burgers were tasty and fresh. 2/3 lb hangover burger with egg, you cant go wrong. You can get up to a pounder for $10 and put as much toppings on them as you wish.
