The gas is more expensive than all the other gas stations. The tacos are overpriced. They charge to get grilled onions instead of the nasty raw onions that have your breath smelling gross. Fuel City isn't just good for the gas and tacos BUT ALSO, the car wash. I typically get the $8 car wash but this time my ride was in need of a DETAIL wash. This included your basic drive thru car wash, hand dry, tire dry and shine, interior wipe down and shine, as well as vacuum. It was worth $65 however not a 5 star job as they did over look a small dried up bird poop spot on the top of my roof. Other than that, great job. Would recommend and plan to go back. Just note that you may have to make an appointment but I was glad to be accommodated the same day. Did take about 40-45 minutes but you can go sit inside as I did and enjoy their tacos or the gas station delicacies! read more

I went to the car wash at fuel city in Cedar Hill. Took my truck and everything was fine. Came back in my SUV and the females that did my truck must have been on break. There were two Hispanic males and one black male doing cars. I sat there to get my SUV wiped down and tires done, they talked and talked while making people wait. Then one of the Hispanic guys is doing my tires while the others start on opposite cars slowly while talking and laughing. When he does finish my tires he gives me a thumbs up, so I let the window down and tell him they haven't even wiped the car down. In surprise he states "they ain't done it yet", I said yall were too busy talking. He proceeds to wipe my SUV and does a horrible job leaving dirt on it and didn't wipe the rims and left water spots. This might be some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. The nachos are HUGE and full of fresh flavor, and the elote was a neat addition. The station is clean and the meats are cooked great and well-seasoned. Several different meats you can get over nachos or in a burrito, tacos, quesadillas or a bowl. Pretty quick service too.
