My friend recommended this place and I was skeptical because I'm not a sushi snob and would rather go to all you can eat places with lesser quality sushi but this place impressed me. I got the sushi lunch combo C which is a special roll and a regular roll. I got the tuna love roll and the spicy scallop roll. The tuna love roll was delicious! They flavor was amazing and the fish was very fresh. I'm a huge fan of scallop but I've never heard of a spicy scallop roll before visiting. I've heard of scallop sashimi but it was always too expensive for the price at most places. It was about $7 here which was worth it considering there were 6 pieces in the roll. Absolute terrible service. The manager there was rude to all the customers and doordash drivers there, ignoring all requests that were made. I waited 2 hours at the restaurant for my food and the service provided by them was well below par. Went for lunch today after being recommended this place by my co-worker. I ordered the spicy chicken bento and enjoyed it. I think it was a decent value for $10. This place gets textures spot on. The shumai were perfectly golden with the slightest crunch and the filling was still juicy. I don't know too much about sushi but this sushi was one of the first times I've actually liked it, even though it was only a California roll in the bento. The sushi wasn't too cold, which is something I tend to run into whenever I try sushi. As far as I know it's meant to be room temperature, and this was. The rolls were tight and actually bite-sized. I would definitely try more sushi when I return. The spicy honey chicken was also perfectly fried and bathed in delicious sauce. The chicken was also bite-sized which I prefer. Overall the meal was delicious and as many others have mentioned, the service is good. I'll be back for sure. read more

DO NOT order the "Hibachi" My party consisted of 4 people. I received a gift card from my business and decided to spend the night out enjoying a Hibachi dinner. The Hibachi soup was good, salty, but good. By the time our meal came I was turned off. The "Hibachi Chicken" had a very rubbery feel and was not Hibachi style at all. It was chopped up chicken breast drenched in a disgusting, sweet sauce. The rice was plain white rice with crisp vegetables throughout it. Typically, Hibachi style chicken and rice is sauteed on the hot plate and small vegetables are mixed within the rice. This place was a complete let down. 3 out of 4 people did not eat anything off the plate. We were willing to pay for the items that were eaten, (we ordered an appetizer, and one guest completed their meal, and our drinks), but the manager was not giving in. She did not once offer us to swap out our meals. She consistently stated, "Our food is fresh, we have never had this happen before. The food is going to go in the trash, we will lose money." Although I understand, that is not good customer service. I would not recommend anyone to attend Fuji Sushi for the Hibachi. The customer service wasn't that great, because of the way the manager handled this unfortunate situation. All in all, I ended up paying $61.00 for 1 edamame appetizer, 3 sodas, and 1 fully eaten meal. I left highly disappointed. read more

We frequently eat at Fuji Sushi. The food is consistently fresh and doesn't at all have the typical frozen and reheated taste of some places with similar cuisine. The crab rangoon was good, had a light flaky skin. The fried pork dumplings were really good! Very nice porky taste. Then they brought out the "OMG" sushi roll. I literally said Oh My God when they brought it out. Tempura shrimp roll with crab, avocado, and row on top with an eel sauce. It was ridiculously good. My wife got Udon noodles which she enjoyed.
