As a pescatarian (please don't tell me if the soup broth has chicken in it lol I want to have plausible deniability) I have no trouble filling my plate(s) completely. Even if you don't eat fish the sushi bar has many completely vegetarian/vegan rolls, and there are a few meat-free hot food options (fried rice, stir fried noodles, mapo tofu, stir fried vegetables, tempura vegetables, veggie spring rolls).

The tuna wasn't quite as fatty or excellent as I've had in Japan or the best places in the US, but there are plenty of other great fish options. Apparently they are from Patisserie Teemu & Markus, which is an excellent place, but I'm guessing there's not much demand for the macarons as they've been very dry every time I've tried them.
