This is the WORST place I've ever experienced. Seriously save your money and your time. I booked two lymphatic drainage massages for myself and my sister who was getting married that week. She has done many lymphatic drainage massage is leading up to this day so she would feel her best and continue the process. The entire massage felt like a "tickle" well while the masseuse explained that that was a technique but having done this process many times it was not and I didn't feel any kind of drainage. $600 later. Don't waste your time. They didn't give us any kind of refund. read more

Very friendly staff & my nail tech was very nice, but I was here almost 3 hours for a manicure & pedicure and my manicure is a very bumpy polish job - she didn't buff my nails before applying the polish so the polish went on very rough. I realize you pay Aspen prices here, but I paid double what I pay at home for half the quality. Sigh. read more

Three of us had our hair and make up done for a wedding. Ashley B and Christine M are rockstars. Ashley specializes in long hair but I have a short asymmetric cut. She accomplished a beautiful look I never would have imagined. My daughter and daughter-in-law had very intricate up dos. Again, unique and beautiful. Christine is truly a professional one would expect in Beverly Hills. She had all sorts of tricks up her sleeve. Often a make up artist fights your features instead of enhancing. I don't know how are their hair services but I would not recommend for nails. It took the nail technician an hour and a half to do a manicure and all of if fell off only a week later. On top of that they are overpriced. read more

FCM is a mobile massage service - they'll come to your hotel or condo. I was snowboarding in Aspen for the weekend, and booked Lisa Debussy for a 90 minute massage (which was a new client special). The massage was fantastic (easily one of the top 3 massages I've ever had)! Lisa was very receptive to feedback about what was working and what wasn't. She was able to really focus on my problem areas, and also knew all the areas that would be sore from being out on the mountain. I really liked that it was very therapeutic, and she was able to go as strong or as light as I needed. I felt that it helped me recover faster and have several more strong days out on the slopes. Another cool thing is that Lisa's also a yoga instructor and gave me a few tips on poses that would help my back. This was the first time I've had an in-room massage and it was great - she brought a heated table and music. Pricewise, they're more reasonable than many of the spas in town (St. Regis, Little Nell, etc.) but you do pay for the convenience of having them come to you. Nevertheless, given how amazing the massage was, it was worth it! read more

My sisters-in-law and I booked both hair and makeup appointments with the salon for a destination wedding we were attending. Given the importance of the occasion, we wanted to go where we could outsource our beauty to professionals. It's always a little scary when you don't know the salon personally, and are from out of town. We were not disappointed! Every person met us with warmth and confidence. I believe the owner did my sister-in-laws makeup while Ashley did mine. They both did an exceptional job. We also got hair done and to a person, it was excellent. One thing i noticed and really appreciated too, was how the staff treated each other. Ashley was training a lovely assistant and I was really impressed by the care she gave and the time she spent to explain what she was doing and why. Very rare! Why I think that's relevant is that how employers/bosses treat their people is really important in shaping the customer experience. The outcome was phenomenal, the experience enjoyable! I had the pleasure of having a wonderful mani/pedi with Carol W. today. This was a great experience from start to finish. The salon is beautifully appointed, the staff is very friendly, and best of all, Carol did the best job ever. My hands and feet look princess perfect and they are soft and cuticle free. I wish she could have applied her magic to the rest of my body! Anyone who makes themselves an appointment for this wonderful treat will not be disappointed. Thank god I found Pete at Full Circle, who is a master of the fade, and can work with my difficult ethnic tangles;) Guys, if you're in Aspen don't get frustrated trying to find a barber, your search is over. Schedule time with Pete or any of the skilled stylists to clean you up. And if you're also in need of some other services like a manicure, or a massage, Full Circle is just that...they offer complete spa services from the best licensed therapists and technicians. My makeup/hair artist and the other team members I worked with were very kind. Also the artist did drive about 60 miles to do my hair and makeup so this was very nice! I'm giving 2 stars because I was told my artist would be airbrushing my makeup, however the day of my wedding she brought no tools to airbrush my makeup. Obviously on your wedding day this is something I didn't want to worry about so I just put it behind me. However, what made it rather stressful was that the artist went almost an hour past the schedule time for my hair and makeup to be done. This was stressful because the photographers were worried about the lighting for our photos. So our whole evening was behind schedule. Also when the artist arrived she didn't have the photos of my hair and makeup that I submitted so she wasn't sure what look I wanted... I had to resend her the photos while she was in the middle of doing my hair and makeup and the service at the hotel was bad so the pictures wouldn't go though. I felt this was unnecessary and the artist should have came prepared. I paid $600 for my hair and makeup and did not get what I was promised. read more

As with the majority of Aspen brides, I'm from out of town. I tried to book with a company in Glenwood Springs to save a few bucks. The ladies that I had booked with bailed on me at the last minute. I was nervous that Full Circle wouldn't have anyone available, as they had already started to fill-up when I'd called a few months back. They were very accommodating, and met me in my suite for hair and makeup the morning of our wedding. I appreciated their flexibility on such short notice, and their work was very professional. Christine did my makeup and Jodi did my hair. Christine and her staff are top notch, and made me feel so special on my wedding day. They're so talented. I can't thank them enough. Made an appointment today for a blowout and could not be more pleased. First, the person who answered the phone and greeted me at the salon was very welcoming and professional. Kendra did my hair and is an expert. My hair came out full and sexy, with big curls at the end, just like I had hoped. She also did my blowout in record time, which was an added plus. I also enjoyed a nice green tea at the salon. At $70, my blowout was expensive, but I feel like it was worth it because of the excellent results. read more

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I got a cut and color, which my hair was in dire need of. As a NYC-based bride trying to plan a wedding in Colorado, finding a make-up artist west of Denver proved challenging. I was fortunate enough to have one of my inquiries thrice removed eventually redirect me to Christine at FCM. While we weren't able to make my date and distance (remote mountain town) work, Christine was amazing with helping me with finding options through people she knew. She was so helpful and responsive, without any obligation to do so, other than her kindness and desire to help out a bride. I was in town for a birthday celebration and wanted to get my hair and makeup done for a big night out. The team was prompt in finding a way to get me squeezed in, they got back to me within hours. The hair stylist was incredibly fast and very good, a real pro. Christine, the owner, did my makeup and it looked incredible too! Unlike some artists, she asked many questions to make sure I ended up with something that I liked, not something she liked. She also happened to be warm, funny, caring and we had a great time. Christine is AMAZING! She did my make-up for both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding and I have never received so many compliments on my make-up before! She remembered exactly what I liked from the trial I had with her 6 months prior. She also brought other make up artists with her from Full Circle to do make-up for my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law. Everyone looked amazing. I asked her very last minute to come with me from the hotel to the wedding to do touch ups after the ceremony, and she was wonderful. She even helped with some of the styling while my new husband and I were taking pictures (hair, veil, positioning). Finally, I needed a massage the next day last minute and she worked hard to find someone available for me. I highly recommend full circle, especially Christine. read more
