Hands down best bakery in Kearney. Likely the best in state. A tiny shop that is a slice of heaven. Sure is nice to have an alternative to lack luster continental breakfast so close to the highway. read more

The name of the cafe has changed from "FOOD TRUCK CAFE" to "FULL CIRCLE BAKERY & CAFE. I enjoyed a delicious donut and hot coffee while waiting on my lunch order of falafel. The proprietor, Michael, was so friendly and his passion for baking really shined! My falafel was 3 giant sized balls of falafel goodness , topped with fresh cut cucumbers and tomato and drizzled with hummus. When I mentioned that a tzatziki sauce would have been the perfect finishing touches, Michael went and got a side of tzatziki sauce that he makes to use on the gyros. What a treasure to have this cafe in small town Kearney. I picked up a freshly baked loaf of Rye bread to take home. This would be a wonderful daily stop for anyone wanting breakfast, lunch, fresh bread, pastries and coffee. read more

Thank you Gordon 308. Your review of Full Circle Bakery/Cafe on Find Me Gluten Free was the reason my friend and myself stopped in Kearney on our way back to San Francisco from Chicago. I wanted to see what gluten free goodies that I could enjoy. They had a choice between a pumpkin spice cake donut and a cherry almond muffin. Because I was hungrier than I thought I was my friend and I decided to eat a hearty breakfast there. I got the potato casserole with the three meat special and an easy over egg in a cast iron skillet. And since it came with toast they offered me corn tortillas instead. Absolutely delicious and no reactions from possible gluten contamination. After eating my delicious breakfast I got back into line and the line was crazy long, (which is a good thing) and I decided to order both of the gluten free items. The pumpkin spice cake donut was soft and moist and sweet and tasty. The cherry almond muffin was also very soft and moist with a great crumb. If I ever make the road trip between San Francisco and Chicago. I will be sure to stop there again. Thank you thank you Gordon 308. read more

Wife has Celiac and FCB&C's gluten free bakery offerings have been a very welcome addition to our limited selection of GFree establishments in Kearney. I've really enjoyed the "wheat" bakery Items I've had as well, but I like surprising my wife with an occasional GFree treat. read more

The breakfast burritos and pastries were absolutely delicious and unlike what you'll find elsewhere. If you want something unique and homemade, this is a great place. The chef/cook sought us on when an ingredient ran out and offered a fantastic substitute. We'll go back as often as we can. read more

Nothing I couldn't do without, but they called to me. I also had a raspberry blondie from the bakery side, which was moist and satisfying. It's a good thing I don't live in Kearney since I would want to go here all the time. It's one of the stops on this year's Nebraska Passport. Yes, it's a drive from Omaha, but I decided to make a two day trip and visit others in the passport too.
