But both services we not completed, even after numerous reschedulings. Note for 2 years, I used this company to clean my gutters. They have done a GREAT JOB, historically! This year was a different matter. Very disappointed. And because they did not complete the gutter cleaning as scheduled, I lost a significant part of my rental lease security deposit. As for the tree service, I have since engaged a separate company.

Back on June 16 I agreed with Dennis Allen on the amount of $550 to cut down and remove from my…read moreproperty fence a huge branch from a large tree that had fallen, evidently from a lightning strike. Since the tree was in a wooded area, I did not need him to haul the branch away. We agreed on a lesser amount, but I did specifically ask about the large portion of the branch, and he said he would just cut it off and leave it back in the wooded area. At least that was my understanding. Perhaps there was miscommunication, but I remember specifically asking about that and I would never have paid that amount just to cut the portion off of my fence. I could have done that myself with the help of my neighbor's chainsaw. He did get the portion of the branch on my fence cut and removed that same day and sent me a picture of the fence line from work. It looked great so I paid him that same day. However, when I got back home I noticed that the large branch had not been removed from the tree. It was still hanging there and only the portion that had been on the fence had been cut off. It remains a huge eyesore to this day (see picture) though at least I have now been able to repair my fence. I have talked to both Keith and Dennis Allen on multiple occasions since then, and though they have been responsive to my calls and have promised on multiple occasions to get back out here to finish the job, they have yet to do so. I hate to even write this review, and I will immediately take it down if and when they come out here to finish the job. Keith has particularly seemed helpful over the phone, and he sounds like they want to make it right. They also tell me they have had some issues with help, etc., so I want to be gracious, but it has been several months now. "It's Gotta Go" has several good reviews and they were recommended to me by a neighbor, so I have no idea why this happened, but I am very disappointed.
