I was offered a month of car washes to "prove" they don't scratch vehicles, but I wasn't willing to take the offer on having further damage done to my truck. I was told they typically have 1 to 3 damage claims a week and usually only claim responsibility for roughly 1out of 3. Despite the frequency of damage claims they experience, it was obvious they weren't going to stand behind their mistake. The person who reached out to me on the phone became extremely condescending and dismissive when I expressed how disappointed I was in their handing of this.

Could see a bad accident here since both of mine could easily climb over side. The water pressure is a bit intense and the blow dryer blew COLD air...a bit ridiculous and uncomfortable. For this I recommend bringing a towel for them... especially if it's cool out. It's an okay facility but could see a lot of improvements helpful for the dog wash area.

I have stopped by in person twice to discuss this and I have called as well. The manager is never there and I have left my number for him to call me both times that I stopped in. I am still waiting for any type of response 3 weeks later. One of the kids working there told me that there were at least 3 other complaints of scratched hoods so they know that this is a problem.

Went through the car wash with my van and came out to find the driver's side mirror pushed in and…read morethe passenger mirror pushed out. Not a big deal until I got out of the car to fix the mirrors and noticed a scrape on the driver's side mirror that was fresh. I reported the incident to the two employees and they did not seem to care very much. We walked into the wash and inspected the brushes. No damage to the brushes but they are held in place by what I assume is vinyl or plastic that is somewhat flexible but not very soft. It is apparent that the brushes were not calibrated properly, got too close to my vehicle, and a part of the center of the brush made contact with the mirror. There were no signs warning about folding in your mirrors, nor did the attendant that initially cleaned the outside of the van ask that I fold them or fold them in himself. So far I have not heard back from the owner.
