Buyer beware. I believe the sales manager's name was Mark -- a heavy-set Latino gentleman who handled the price negotiations. On Friday, February 28, at around 7:00 PM, I went in to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was advertised for $38,060 (see photo). During negotiations, Mark insisted I had to purchase paint protection, LoJack, and several other add-ons totaling nearly $7,000. I declined multiple times, but he claimed the items were already included in the price -- something I later confirmed is not legal to force on a buyer. He refused to move from a price of about $45,000, despite the vehicle being listed around $38,000. I ultimately walked away. After leaving and doing some quick research, I returned to the dealership and informed him that mandatory add-ons are not allowed. At that point, he changed his story, saying the products were already installed on the vehicle, then provided yet another price including LoJack, claiming it was already in the car -- which did not appear to be true. In my opinion, this felt extremely dishonest and misleading, and the entire experience came across as very shady. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to carefully review pricing and question any forced add-ons. read more

This is a very long over due review! I purchased my 2025 Ford Bronco at Fullerton Ford in September. I searched all over the place for this Robin egg blue and they had it there! I was very upfront when I went to see it that I was not going to purchase that night but Christian still took the time to show me the Bronco and we even took a test drive. The service advisor lied to me (and eventually admitted it), the service manager backed the lie (even after the advisor admitted fault) and called me a liar and was condescending, and the GM will not schedule a meeting and does his bidding via his secretary. Secretary was very nice, but she told me she lacked any authority to hold the service manager and advisor accountable. One of the most frustrating and trust-destroying dealership experiences I've had. Here we go, been waiting to write this. Went and bought a used truck at 26,000 miles from these guys this past November. Since which time, I've thought about just how bad this experience was and I'm referring to absolutely everything about my experience. Worked with Juan in sales. Juan repeatedly told me certain "fees" were required in order to buy the vehicle. I questioned this multiple times and was given the same answer every time. Later, I learned that those fees were not actually required, and I was left feeling misled from the very beginning. Great start right Just two weeks after purchase, I had to have the car towed back to the dealership which made it feel like something critical had been missed during the pre-sale inspection leading to a leak of which stranded me on the way to work. That tow cost me $120 out of pocket and was told many times that I would be reimbursed. To their credit, they actually performed the repair and put me in a loaner for two weeks. The reason it was two weeks was because I had mentioned that the defroster button wasn't working, ya know something that a simple pre-sale inspection would have uncovered. Took forever for them to get the part in and when they did, they found out they actually had to replace the rear window.... Back to the $120 reimbursement, I have not and apparently will not receive it despite being told I would by the customer care rep Tommy. Had to keep texting, emailing and calling him until he finally told me that the management went back on their word and would not reimburse me. Now keep in mind, I'm within the 30 day dealership warranty when this all happened. While the car was back in the shop I wanted them to repair the nick in the windshield and fix the ford sync system so I could actually make a phone call with it. Keeping with the theme here, none of these were fixed. What I'm trying to convey is that I don't feel there was any effort put in to trying to help me fix little things on my new purchase. Basically a feeling they didn't care about me being satisfied despite the money I forked over. This is funny too, I had to keep asking for them to give me the temp dealership plate, documents from purchase, and record of services performed. Everything was just one headache after another. There's actually more to include but I'm tired of thinking back on this experience and writing about it. By the end of this process, I had no trust left in the dealership's communication, follow-through, or concern for customers once the sale is complete. read more

If I could give 5 negative stars I would. I initially brought in my Ford F150 when it had a code P0305 code that they couldn't figure out. A couple months later, I got hard shifting on my truck. My transmission had to be replaced or rebuilt. It took months for them to fix it. Two weeks after I got it back, I got the P0305 error code again, and now they're telling me I need to replace my engine. If they had figured out that this code would have lead to engine replacement before I got my transmission fixed, I wouldn't have had to pay the extra money. I could have just sold it. This dealership doesn't stand by their product and offers very little service to make it right. I tried to work with their Sales dept. which they found a similar truck and offered a decent price. The day before I was going in to test drive and purchase it, they sell the vehicle. Every offer after that was only a money grab from them. I highly recommend to purchase any vehicle from a different dealership as well as service it somewhere else. Check out Ken Grody's dealer. Maybe they're better. Also, their 10speed transmissions are known to have issues but Ford will not recall it. Worst experience ever!!! read more
