The Gentleman behind the counter was kind and informative, he let me know about the other shipping services they have. I was in, package scanned, dropped, and ready to go in a matter of minutes. I havent shipped here independantly just yet, though i plan to. The pricing options are comparable to usps, without the insanity of going to the post office. A great staff immediately had my order ready and I was off to the airport to fly to Texas - prints in hand. As it turned out I needed a modification which resulted in a return trip back to Rocket Color. A miscommunication on our companies end resulted in waiting for the blueprints to be printed. Steve has been my go-to guy and I have been really impressed by his knowledge and quickness. In fact, one Friday I couldn't make it to DigiPrint to pick up my order before 5, so he offered to open the store for me on Saturday so I didn't miss my deadline. Classic quoted my job just under other local printers and slightly above a couple of online groups. I just got my order and there is no apples-to-apples comparison here. Classic's quality is so much better than the online stuff that it's difficult to gauge just how much better it is! Absolutely fantastic! After good and bad experiences, I've found that the difference is whether or not they truly care. I got the feeling right away that small, nuanced details matter to Classic like they do to me...sure enough, the product is nothing less than perfect.
