There is nothing worse than your accountant refusing to answer your questions - leaving you with the feeling of absolute confusion as to how to proceed next. I would never use Morton Gober again! I had her doing my business and personal returns. In my mind, Joy's behavior was inexcusable. I never received answers to my multiple questions posed to my former accountant Joy. The key element in a client - accountant relationship is trust. The accountant is a trusted advisor and adversary in accomplishing financial goals and safeguarding information. Joy destroyed the trust and the relationship by never replying or answering questions about how she reached her conclusions.
